This is a good and consistent pizza hut, I like how you can order online and pay inside when you pick it up. The online interface is clear and well designed. What I like most are the box specials because you can feed a whole family for around 20.00

I’m not sure how Pizza Hut in MacClenney can consistently mess up pizza, but they do every single time! Got home to find out only two toppings were on a 3 topping pizza and barely a swipe of sauce on it. Employees are rude too.

One of the guy manager is rude. He’s mad about being busy & told me I couldn’t add anny extra ingredients, that I’m paying for, on my pizza because it fills the screen up . That’s not my problem sir. I just want to order my food but now I’ll never come back to this location. They don’t want to make any money

This is the second time we have ordered a big box meal and they have screwed it up both times. Between the extremely rude service and this will probably never go back there. Barely any sauce on the wings, toppings only on half the pizza, didn’t give us sauce for the breadsticks either.

10-26-24 approx 4:15pm to 4:30pm. Attempted to call to find out if their lobby was open to eat nobody ever picked up the phone hung up after five minutes on hold. immediately dialed back and used the the order option. Somebody answered the phone told me I was going to be put on hold and immediately placed me on hold again waited for over five minutes and hung up. I guess they don't need my business because they are so busy they can't answer a question or take a phone call because it takes him longer than five minutes to acknowledge your existence.
