Horrible service, pizza is terrible, terrible employees. The best thing for this store is to fire every employee, shut it down, clean it up and start over,, pathetic business

This is the second time we have ordered a big box meal and they have screwed it up both times. Between the extremely rude service and this will probably never go back there. Barely any sauce on the wings, toppings only on half the pizza, didn’t give us sauce for the breadsticks either.

10-26-24 approx 4:15pm to 4:30pm. Attempted to call to find out if their lobby was open to eat nobody ever picked up the phone hung up after five minutes on hold. immediately dialed back and used the the order option. Somebody answered the phone told me I was going to be put on hold and immediately placed me on hold again waited for over five minutes and hung up. I guess they don't need my business because they are so busy they can't answer a question or take a phone call because it takes him longer than five minutes to acknowledge your existence.

Be sure to check your statements to ensure this Pizza Hut charges you correctly. Twice now I have been charged more than I should have been and I know it’s because the cashier adds more to the tip. I always tip rounding to an even dollar, but they will routinely add more. The first time I called and the manager refunded the extra I was charged in cash with no explanation for why the receipt I signed was changed. The second time happened this past weekend and I will just take my business elsewhere from now on. The funny thing is, these are tips that I pay when I am doing carry out, nothing that should actually require a tip, but I tend to do it anyways.

I will start by saying we have lived in Macclenny for three years and Pizza Hut was the first place we ordered food from the first night that we moved into our new home. We have since then ordered Pizza Hut at a minimum of every other week since then and it has always been a great experience. Quick and accurate orders and when they did happen to forget something, they corrected it. Well we just placed a mobile order about an hour and a half ago and we get a call back from the pizza hut location. She very rudely asked me “did you place an order?“ To which I confirmed that we placed a mobile order through the app. She asked me to verify the items on my order and the total amount. I did so and asked what this was about? She rudely and accusingly said that people have been calling and lying about their orders and “messing with their money“ and told me my total amount was wrong and made it sound like I was one of those people trying to scam them. I then told her to just cancel the order and hung up. I don’t have time to argue and be accused of trying to rip them off when we have consistently ordered from there for the past three years. They have officially lost a once loyal customer.

Cold food , pizza covered in cold buffalo sauce that leaked from an unwrapped boneless wing bag. Wrong soda , no customer service . Was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer . Corporate will be contacted

We love our neighborhood Pizza Hut, they never fail to come through on a last minute dinner! The Manager tonight, I want to say her name was Khamya, but she was amazing and put the biggest smile on my son's face with the yummy pizza they had prepared for us!? Thank you guys!

There is a lady there named Mrs. Erica she has blonde hair and she makes coming here an absolute joy! I adore her. I've seen the last few years and she just makes mine and my moms day everytime I see her. She explains specials and deals so well and tries her best to save you some money. Mrs. Erica you are an absolute gem! ♥️
