We search for local coffee shops while traveling. The donuts at Southern Blend Cafe are the best I have ever had. The best, hands down. We have cider donuts up north in southern Vermont and we buy them warm and fresh. The glazed donut and sugar/ cinnamon coated at Southern Blend surpassed those. They are devine. If you are a local or a traveler anywhere near this coffee shop you must make it a priority stop!!

Nice interior with limited seating. The prices seem moderate but we were overcharged $6 on $22 bill. (Update: my wife brought up the overcharge to the owner and she refunded the overcharged amount)The cinnamon roll was good but it didn't feel or taste fresh. They warmed it in a microwave but that leaves parts cold and tough while other parts are warm. The breakfast bowl was okay but you can get a lot more food up the street for less money and the grits were scalding and I burnt my tongue and lips. The wife said the croissant was very good so I might have just ordered the wrong thing. I'm not sure if their air conditioning was broken this morning but the heat makes the interior uncomfortable. The young lady at the counter doesn't seem to want to be there but the elderly lady was a delight. Given the great mom and pop restaurants down the street, there are much better places to spend the money and get more with a lot more taste.

An easy 5 stars! We love this little bakery. Everything is great and perfectly created. Doughnuts and muffins are just right. Perfect texture, flavor and sweetness. Must stop by and grab you at least one!

The only place i will get glazed donuts, they are huge and fluffy (i dont like glazed donuts normally). The cake donuts were a little dry and the latte was a bit too sweet. A little expensive compare to chain options in town.
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Lots of little items sitting out for sale and all tables w/chairs.

Wonderful place and a hidden gem in the area.
All food is tremendous in my experience. I struggle with what to order every time I arrive because there are so many things I have previously enjoyed. It creates an interesting scenario where I both want to try everything and order the delicious things I ordered before.
Can highly recommend their breakfast bowls, the croissants, and the coffee options are excellent as well.
Can't go wrong from breakfast here with some cool twists on southern favorites.

We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The sausage gravy and biscuits were amazing. Also, the cinnamon rolls and glazed donut was divine. Definitely worth the stop!
