Ever timeI come to this location, they always out of something today. They was out of Frappuccino’s. I don’t recommend coming here cause they’re gonna be out of something. The only Starbucks that does this..In Jacksonville. You will not have that problem. I will just ride past this location never come here again

Thank you for having sumantra in the afternoon! Most starbucks don't have dark roast ready in afternoon, I usually have to add an expresso shot. But if I'm traveling, I don't want weak coffee...oh, I NEVER want weak coffee! Lol Joyful travels

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees had bad attitudes and showed no willingness to help. They were arguing with each other right in front of customers and seemed more focused on their disagreement than doing their jobs. I just stopped in for a quick pick-me-up on my way home and completely regret it. Absolutely disappointing experience.

It’s hit or miss with this Starbucks in Macclenny, either you get a great Latte or you get a milked down latte. When you spend $8 on a coffee it would be awesome if the barista knew how to make a drink properly. Not to mention I can go next door to Dunkin, they can make the latte perfectly for less than a latte at Starbucks. Either train your baristas better or lose my business. :)

There is a drive through! Has outside seating too! Our coffees were made as we expected. Baristas were friendly and accommodating! Location is great. Walmart and gas right there!

This is absolutely the worst managed Starbucks I have witnessed in the entire state of Florida. The morning manager on Sunday, March 30th should be released immediately and replaced with someone with experience and the ability to train employees properly with the simple responsibility of serving the customer. Hurling egotistical and personal insults towards a customer's character is no way to serve a customer. I would recommend the coffee shop at the north end of town which has some of the best customer service and some of the best coffee I have ever had in the state of Florida. Money better spent and a very enjoyable experience rather than a negative aggravating one. This can only be appreciated by those who know the difference and what good customer service is which most do not. - When I was under employee in the customer service business, I always gave %100 or the best of my ability. On the way home, the best I could expect was at least a 50% effort. Poor performance becomes contagious and almost a contest among low-level employees, but employers know and will quickly advanced employees who put in the extra effort with the difference draging their feet and wondering why they're being dismissed without notice. An apology would be too late and mostly ineffectual as I have already sold my Starbucks stock for poor corporate performance. I would leave a score of minus 5 stars if this interface allowed me to do so because that's what this store deserves under this management. The good part is you can only go up from here as you have definitely hit bottom. Good day and good luck... p.s., Pete's has always has been, and probably always will be, one of the best. Maybe you should call them and ask for some good advice.
