Wait times are horrible and clearly there’s a training issue at this store. This is the second stop Ive made at this location and there was an issue both times. This time I just asked for a refund because I didn’t have time for the inconvenience. If you know better, do better!

I got an iced latte which was very good. My only complaint is that while I was standing inside for 10 minutes, I noticed the baristas were not purging the steam wand between drinks. This could cause bacterial buildup, cross contamination, or even cause the milk to turn sour and affect the taste of future drinks.
Please train your baristas on proper cleaning techniques! Otherwise nothing was wrong at this location.

Ever timeI come to this location, they always out of something today. They was out of Frappuccino’s. I don’t recommend coming here cause they’re gonna be out of something. The only Starbucks that does this..In Jacksonville. You will not have that problem. I will just ride past this location never come here again

Thank you for having sumantra in the afternoon! Most starbucks don't have dark roast ready in afternoon, I usually have to add an expresso shot. But if I'm traveling, I don't want weak coffee...oh, I NEVER want weak coffee! Lol Joyful travels
