This was the worst Subway I have ever been to. We were just trying to go to the Subway because it’s convenient inside but the employees literally look like they hated their lives… I don’t care that the young lady was slow at making the sandwiches, but we it came to the lettuce portion I asked if she could change the lettuce because it was brown and wilted.. she said no that’s all I have.. how is that all you have when you literally work INSIDE a Walmart?? She already made the sandwiches so I just got the brown lettuce anyway. We went to get an icee and they are completely out of all cups except small so we cancelled the icee, but got one regular drink. ALL the drinks in the soda machine were out!!
We paid $20 for 2 sandwiches with brown disgusting lettuce and then threw away the drink cup because we couldn’t even get a drink and now there is a line so we couldn’t even wait for a refund.

I tried to order a sandwich but the employee working decided they'd rather spend 15 minutes wiping down tables instead of asking if I wanted something to eat. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged as a living, breathing human being. I ended up walking away without even being asked to wait a minute while she finished. I will never darken the door of that subway ever again. I won't shop somewhere where I am ignored.

The tables are always a mess and the employees never wear hair nets and you can even see loose hair on their clothes ,I hate to know what else is unkept in the back where the food is being prepared. I am truly scared to eat here most days. The workers are always grumpy and looking like they hate every moment of their time at work. How about a how are you or how can I help you not a blank stare. ?

This place needs owners that care about it and their employees. Very under staffed, but they were doing the best they could with the lack of what was needed to do a good job. They were out of many things, most if the drinks were out of order, and the cooler with bottled drinks was mostly empty. The covers they raise to access the food were so gross, the containers of food all needed to be removed and cleaned around. The floors were nasty and the garbage was over flowing. But what can one expect when there's not enough staff to take care of these things. And there won't be quality workers willing to stay when they are not given the proper tools to do a proper job. I wonder if the same people own the one in Walmart as well, because that one is also becoming nasty.

If you came here for subs, good luck at the time of writing this its now 12 in the afternoon lunch rush. I went up there on my lunch break to grab a sub the only thing they had was Flatbread and none of the other breads at all, 2 out of the 3 employees were just standing around. Honestly if you want subway go to the one near winn dixie or the one at that gas station further down atleast they seem to be prepped for a lunch rush and actually want to work. Also forgot to mention whoever is managing this restaurant needs to do there job and heavily clean theirs flys in your drink dispensers 90% of the time and your subs display glass and workstations for making them are absolutely disgusting.
Two super sweet girls helped us out! I sadly didn’t catch their names but they labeled our sandwiches “His and Hers” which was too cute! Didn’t get a picture cause we ate them fast? Highly recommend stopping by especially if you’re on the road!

Cheerfully accommodated our weirdo (we know) vegetarian preferences by changing gloves and taking veggies from below the surface. And the end result was so delicious! Thank you; we can count on Subway, when we're on the road!

The older gentlemen who made my sandwich was so sweet and kind. He was so friendly and made me laugh while he made my sandwich. I usually go to Journey's subway in Glen but they are so chinsy on meat. So happy I came by here tonight!

I only gave 1 star so I could post the review. But definitely doesn’t deserve any stars at all. So I went to get dinner for my gf and I around 6pm yesterday. I got there and Sera and Kate were working the line and Austin was in the back. I’m thankful I ordered my gfs salad first and got the black olives she wanted on it. As Sera was making my sandwiches, Kate was making her own personal sandwich while eating the toppings she was putting on her sandwich. She threw a handful of olives in her mouth straight from the topping bucket. Gross. I asked Sera to make her stop bc it’s disgusting. Kate said she does it all the time. The olives weren’t changed out and when I went to ask for her name she didn’t want to tell me. She hesitated and then gave it. Not to mention Kates nails were so long I saw them poking out of her gloves while she was making her personal sandwich. I called to speak to the area manager but she wasn’t available. So I left my name and number. Hoping this gets handled the correct way.

We came in last night and got 4 subs and they were all not good my 3 year old son only took 1 bite out of his sub and gave it back . Very disappointed
