This location has drastically improved over the last year or 2. The food taste better. The customer service is amazing. Haley rocked it tonight even as busy as they were she didn’t show any signs of frustration!

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. when we finally got to the window the employee asked us “um what’s fresco?” so we said “no cheese, no dairy” and they still put cheese and sour cream on my food. frustrating

We’ve stopped at this location twice coming home from Jacksonville and both times received excellent service far exceeding expectations. Restaurant was clean and updated. (Today they were decorating for the holidays.) Our tacos were hot, fresh and not at all stale!
Thank you to everyone at this location! Being next to an interstate guarantees customers and we are usually wary of establishments that don’t need to rely on returning customers. We will make this our go to spot every time we pass through.

Definitely not worth $14 for two chalupas, one hard taco, and a Pepsi. The amount of chicken and beef they use is about what you’d find on a White Castle burger. They can at least add nore lettuce.

Service absolutely terrible. I dread coming here while doordashing. They make us wait 40 minutes for an order while pushing out all the orders for the drive thru. They ignore the people in the lobby as long as possible. The worst service in Macclenny

Got 3 chicken flatbread melts, and 2 chicken enchiladas and a order of LARGE nacho fries.. I got everything but no sauce at all and I added it to the order. They also played in my face with my nacho fries, the fry pod wasn’t even filled half way up and I’ll include a photo. All things aside the food is always amazing and I’m sure they might have been busy or something but still I’m upset cause im going to have to eat all this with no sauce. Smh.

Taco Bell is always on point tho sometimes they do slip up everyone makes mistakes the speed has been awful tho I'm sure they can't help it so if your in a rush for fast food don't come but if you have time to wait it's worth it

Been here a couple of times, food has been okay. Tonight, I placed a mobile order at 7 PM for the drive thru. Got in line at 7:20 PM. Didn't get to the speaker until 8ish. I had to leave the line second from the window without ever receiving my order at 8:50 PM. I should NEVER have to wait this long in the drive thru without a single notice from an employee about any issues. Not to mention countless other vehicles that were here before me that left while waiting in line. And those behind me that left before I did without getting or placing orders. Ridiculous.
