Okay I'm going to tell you every time I go to Wendy's in the afternoon I even in the daytime and I get a double a double meat cheeseburger and some fries and I also tell him that I want my fries and my meat fresh every time I go to pick up my food update on never put no dog on ketchup in the bag with the fries 😔 it don't make no sense

I wish I had gotten everyone’s name at Wendy’s that morning—what an amazing crew! The entire morning team was absolutely lovely, so sweet, and full of great humor. The woman working the register was a delight, just like everyone else. Even the sweet tea was delicious!

The only name I caught was Rhonda, the shift leader, but I want to give a big shout-out to her and the whole crew working on 7/19 between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. You all killed it—thank you for making my morning so great!

So we are ordering and my husband who can’t hear well was ordering his meal and the guy says sir don’t yell at me. Ummmm when someone is saying I’d like meal 2 and you’re offended because he’s loud doesn’t give you the right to say don’t yell at me. Rude! That’s why Hardee’s is packed and you have 1 car at your window. Train your workers to be respectful it’s okay to speak up but know your circumstances. Hardee’s had no problem with him ordering thanks Hardee’s breakfast was delicious.

This place is a disgrace. We stood at the register for 10 minutes, no one greeted us or even acknowledged us including 3 managers. One young lady was running the drive-thru. One young man was cooking. We left! I'd give them negative stars if possible

I would give this store a negative one as the Employees and managers were not paying attention at all to the guests out front. No greeting, no acknowledgement. As a supervisor for hospitality and restaurants, this is unacceptable and rude.
