I ate there a few nights ago. Very much late in the evening but had several issues with my take out order. I called and spoke to a manger named Caitlyn. AMAZING 👏 🤩 She listened, was empathetic, and quick to correct. I didn't need my whole order replaced because we honestly ate about 50% of it. But I knew what we did get down wasn't the normal quality of food from this location. Caitlyn and I agreed to one meal being replaced for a pick up later in the next week. I called today and the staff was on it!! FOOD AMAZING, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOP TIER!! I work in hospitality a few blocks from this Woody's .... I always have and will continue to send my guests there for amazing service and food. Thanks for listening and making this right!!!

This place sucks. You do an order on door dash and when the driver gets there they tell them they aren't taking door dash orders today. This was the third or fourth time this has happened. Will never order orgo to this place again!!

Hands down the best BBQ experience we've had in ages! We drove in from out of town specifically for Woody's famous brisket, and wow—it did not disappoint. Tender, smoky, fall-apart perfection with that perfect bark and just the right kiss of sauce. But what truly made the night unforgettable was the Southern hospitality on full display from Shelby and Kim. These ladies went above and beyond anything we could've expected—warm smiles, spot-on recommendations, checking in just the right amount, and even sharing a few stories that had us laughing like old friends. They turned a great meal into a genuine memory. If you're anywhere near Macclenny, do yourself a favor and stop in. Woody's isn't just BBQ; it's a slice of true Florida heart. We'll be back!

That food is disgusting didn't eat my son was hungry so his little plate of brisket was pricey... first time last time 🤢

Just bought family for 2 corn was burnt , fries were cold and mushy ,meat was all dry .almost unedible paid 50$ for such a small amount of food .got two tiny sides of coleslaw and beans . Was single serving size . I will never go back to that dump

The atmosphere is comfortable and the waitress was kind but stressed from running too many tables. Compared to the non-corporate steakhouse across the street, the meat was dry and lacking the quality of their competitor. The beans and the street corn were fantastic but the main course was disappointing. If you are there to relax and talk to friends while consuming mass quantities, this is a good stop. If you want better food at the same price I would go across to their competitor if you can get a seat there.
