Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I frequent Zaxby’s at least twice a week for lunch. I absolutely love Tammy at the drive thru! She is very friendly, always welcomes you with a smile and wishes you the best day when you drive off. I love her positive attitude! She’s doing an amazing job!

Cold fries were soggy cashier gave people in front of us are food then took it back and handed it to us $35 dollars is a lot of money for cold nasty food

About 5 hours later now and me and my 2 year old are both throwing up I’m pissed

Had an issue with food received two days prior, we called in that night and was told we would be taken care of on next visit and Erica made absolute sure that we were. Quick and excellent customer service which is why we choose to keep returning!

Zaxby's is pretty consistent no matter where you go, with one exception, the fries. IYKYK. I would bet most people want the seasoned fries. Not all Zaxby's season their fries enough. This MacClenny Zaxby's does. It was our first meal out after Hurricane Helene. They did not disappoint.

My family have made this our pit stop to grab something to eat when we are traveling back home to Georgia. The food is always hot and fresh and customer service is okay, however, today I went to the drive-thru and there was a young lady by the name of Paris D. It was 4 people in the car and I ordered food for them but I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough and Paris felt the need to be rude and try to rush me with my order all so that she could get on her cell phone. And let me just say that I was the only car in the drive-thru at that time.

Takes forever and then we were forgotten about even though our order was small. Waited for a very long time while numerous other cars were being served. No apologies or explanation. Would not go back to this one

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The store is soooo dirty, the staff is too busy socializing to be concerned with customers, the trash was overflowing and we overheard them say they didn’t care. The food was also terrible. I advise anyone to just try to make it to your destination before stopping here!!!!

DIRTY!!!! Let me just say this was the DIRTIEST Zaxbys i have ever been in. Walked in and immediately was met with trash overflowing from all the trashcans! Sad part, the manager was standing next to it with an employee and didn't tell them to change it. Almost ALL the tables were dirty and haven't been wiped down in who knows how long. Also, there was soda wasted on the ground when we came in by the side door and still there when we left. The food let's not get on that... The employees and manager just seemed to be standing around doing really NOTHING from what I could see. Will NOT be back to this one!

I have been coming to the Zaxby’s for a year and a half, and my order has either been wrong or the fries have been overcooked or the chicken tenders have been overcooked. I spoke to the manager about this today and it did not phase her apparently the owners name is David. I don’t know if he cares but I just wanna let you guys know That you need to spend your money if you get good food and good service .
