Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

We ate there on a Tuesday, early evening. We got there at 4:45 pm. When we were seated on the patio, we were the only one's there. There were just a few tables with customers inside. No more than 4. We had 15 total with 3 children. It took forever to get our drinks. 3 cocktails, the rest iced tea and soda. It took 45 minute's for 3 queso and chips, 1 calamari and 2 fried pickles and chicken bites. We ate the appetizers and 30 minutes later, the waiter goes, they will be out soon. Someone said, we got them and already ate them! Oh.... Almost an hour in, they came back and said they were out of stuffed shrimp. 3 had ordered that... Then at an hour and a half, 5 people got their food, including 1 kids meal. 20 minutes after that 4 more got there food. 30 minutes later 3 more got their food. 2 kid's meal came after that, like 10 minutes later and 1 person never got their meal! About 15 minutes or so later, the manager came out asking what going on? Then the 2 at the head of the table tried to explain ALL OF THE ISSUES! She proceeded to ARGUE!!! Everyone couldn't believe her! She's arguing! They just stopped talking. She walked away. Finally they comped the appetizers. We sat there forever waiting on our checks. We couldn't believe what just happened! The food is way over priced! It was overcooked. 2 got refills, otherwise we were never asked. I do not recommend! It was a complete joke. On a Tuesday evening, no idea how it is on a weekend or the evening rush! The manager kept saying it was the cook. No it was the waiter, the cook and you! I will never go back. The others had eaten there before, 3 of us had not.

We were in John’s Pass Madeira Beach last week and had dinner at Bubba Gump. Jacob was our server. What a Great person ! Very Hardworking and Friendly !! When we come back next year, we Hope that he will be our server again.

D'angelo was such an amazing server, we had amazing conversation and he was super accommodating to anything we needed. Had a great time here!

Food was great . We ordered bang band shrimp , salad , New England clam chowder Breaded, shrimp, and fries all was great. We also had cocktails. Wine and the lava flow. Our server Ahlia was attentive & friendly .

Heather was very friendly kind and patient with our two toddlers. We would definitely be eating here again, and we will be recommending Heather as our server for her attentiveness. She was so kind to our children
