Pros: The boat ride is nice. The staff did a very good job. The salad bar was very good and included chilled shrimp. Free drinks included cold beer, rum punch, soda, and water, and plenty of refills. Cons: Although the interior of the boat has air conditioning, it is minimal — people sweating and hanging out near the air vents to get some cool air. No elevator to get between floors (interior and exterior flights of steps). The main dish was mediocre (fish, beef teriyaki, mango chicken, pulled pork). It’s difficult to economically serve a big crowd but it’d be best to have 2 good options instead of 4 mediocre one.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I want others to know how HOT the boat is! Sweat was dripping off of us! We wanted off the boat within minutes. We stayed only because of how much we paid. (I wish I did get off and lose out on almost $400, bc it was NOT enjoyable) A perk to the boat is free beer, wine, and rum punch; however, no one wanted to drink bc of the extreme heat. The food was surprisingly good tho! The one star only goes to the food and service. I have been coming to Johns Pass for over 30 years, and I will NEVER board this boat again! RUN!!

We went last night on a Thursday. Not many people on the boat but, had a blast. The food was really good. Especially, the fish! The unlimited drinks were great. DJ was cool. We saw the best sunset we have ever seen. WOW! Would definitely, do it again.

The food was decent and the servers were absolutely amazing but it was HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The air conditioning was not working and being stuck on a boat for 2 hours with barely functioning air conditioning, sometimes not at all, was absolutely ridiculous for 55 dollars per person. There was a woman there who had to take her child’s clothes off and leave her with just a diaper on because it was so hot and stuffy. Please, please, fix this issue.
We went on the 6pm cruise. We saw dolphins on the ride out. The food was delicious, the service was spot on, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely recommend.
