Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

Honestly? Offensively delicious. Overpriced, obviously. But I keep bringing relatives here like I’m doing them a favor and not just enabling my addiction.

We tend to prefer local places to big chains but we have to say Kilwins is consistently good. My wife loves the Traverse City Cherry better than any other ice-cream place. Their fudge and candy are good too..... easy to get carried away here.

Best toasted coconut ice cream on the planet!! Chocolate covered marshmallow on a stick? Yes !!!

Terrible customer service

The absolute best legit candy shop. Prices reflect the quality and inflation.
$10 for a Carmel apple. $2.40 for a single pecan turtle. But tons of options from handmade fudge, marzipan, almond and cherry bark, truffles, chocolate covered marshmallows, pretzels, rice Krispie treats , etc
Its upstairs on the John's pass boardwalk.

Had the best experience here tonight! The workers were so sweet!! They didn't have sea salt caramel, so they gave me some chocolates and it was so sweet. All the workers were literally so sweet💕

Please tell them I said thank you!

As you open the door and walk into this store the chocolate smell wraps you and you feel the urge to eat everything… and as you look into their chocolate and fudge selection you are mesmerized with their amazing combination of flavors.
It was a hot Saturday so most of us enjoyed amazing ice cream (mine was Cappuccino chip and it was sinfully good) also tried the lemon and the strawberry sorbet and wow, so good!

I will be back when the temperatures get a bit colder to have hot chocolate and a chocolate apple… they looked so delicious!

The service was great, so helpful and amicable (even though I gave them a hard time deciding and tasting, they were great)

Beautiful place that bring memories of our childhood.

Ice cream and service was great until you see the cleanliness.

Have been here many times over the years. Always served top notch ice cream. Little pricy but worth the price.

Apples were soft not crisp. Seemed like the apples had been sitting to long

Kilwins has been a extremely awesome place to get fudge
But yesterday was a bad day with the fudge it wasn't as fresh as usual not as soft very crumbley
Bought 2 one free they were all like that way

Terrible customer service.. two girls working there have no manners, rude by talking amongst each other/rolling eyes at customers and seem that they don’t want to work… One of my least favorite kilwins locations

Whew that ice cream was good! My waffle cone was warm and the ice cream was cold. What a great combo! Also got some fudge, also tastes great! Don’t miss this place!
