Kilwins has been a extremely awesome place to get fudge
But yesterday was a bad day with the fudge it wasn't as fresh as usual not as soft very crumbley
Bought 2 one free they were all like that way

Terrible customer service.. two girls working there have no manners, rude by talking amongst each other/rolling eyes at customers and seem that they don’t want to work… One of my least favorite kilwins locations

Whew that ice cream was good! My waffle cone was warm and the ice cream was cold. What a great combo! Also got some fudge, also tastes great! Don’t miss this place!

Amazing ice cream. I had a waffle bowl with 1 scoop pistachio and 1 scoop toasted coconut. Big scoops see photo. $11. Line moved fast. Not enough seating but it IS a boat dock so expected. The trade off is a great view and people watching.

My family has been going to John's Pass every year on our annual beach trip. I've never been to this shop but decided to check it out last week when we visited. I'm so glad I did. My daughter's got ice cream which was delicious! Everything about this shop was delightful! The owner was a wonderful person as well and so friendly and helpful. We WILL be back!!

Was on my honeymoon first weekend/week of March in Madeira Beach and was SO EXCITED to see that there was a Kilwins within walking distance of our condo we were staying at. I have been enjoying Superman ice cream since I was a kid and I'm 36. It tastes like nostalgia to me! I told the wonderful human (sorry I didn't get their name - they said their parents were the owner) at the counter how much enjoying this simple treat on my honeymoon meant to me and they said that today, my new husband and my cones would be their treat today! I would gladly give money for Kilwins ice cream as it is always tasty, but this "small" gesture went a long way with these newlyweds! We will be back next time we are in Madeira Beach!
