We tend to prefer local places to big chains but we have to say Kilwins is consistently good. My wife loves the Traverse City Cherry better than any other ice-cream place. Their fudge and candy are good too..... easy to get carried away here.

Had the best experience here tonight! The workers were so sweet!! They didn't have sea salt caramel, so they gave me some chocolates and it was so sweet. All the workers were literally so sweet💕
