Not good custard, overpriced for what it is and how much you get, and the staff is less than friendly. I wouldn't go back... go get a pint at Publix and eat it on the beach... at least you will enjoy those calories.

I really hate to leave bad reviews but this is literally the worst ice cream place ive been to. The ice cream here was so nasty i threw it away. Its also really overpriced. I wanted to give this place a chance despite the bad reviews because I was desperate for some soft serve one day and wanted to support a local business instead of a corporate chain. While the boy who got my ice cream was friendly, the ice cream consistency was so gross and gritty and they didnt even have toppings like sprinkles. If this place opens again, PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR REVIEWS. Theres a reason the reviews here are so bad. This place must have survived off of tourist because the ice cream here was really that bad…..

Should stay closed, way overpriced

Best frozen custard/ ice cream place! Huge portions and everything is homemade. Well worth going to.

*Edit: I have visited here since I was a kid and look forward to it every time we visit. Is this place still open? We are planning on coming for new years this year December 2024-January 2025. Thank you!

Custard is amazing! Waffle cones are fresh!! It’s worth it. Don’t listen to the poor reviews, if you want to know how much something is and it’s not posted ask before ordering people. I been coming here for years, it’s a great, fresh treat.

Prices are not posted intentionally, they hand you the product, and quote a ridiculous price. I suggest any other place in John's pass village.

Custard was obviously made from a mix. It was weakly flavored and had small, rubbery lumps dispersed throughout. At $10 per serving, it was overpriced for the outrageously poor quality product that it is.

The young men working at the ice cream stand were super friendly and inviting. I ordered a peanut butter chocolate twist and it was amazing. They have a laminated sign with the pricing of each item. It was $17 for two very large ice cream cup/cones. Very satisfied with our decision to stop in.

We asked for 4 small servings. When we received them they looked like a large serving. So we asked. O we only have one size. Huh and 40.00 later never again. Btw when handed the second cone the top of the cone went down our guests blouse. O sorry it’s kinda soft today. Yeah we did receive a new one after cleaning up. Really poor Customer service!!!!

The ice cream is solid, nothing crazy. It's a bunch of rude high schoolers serving you though who are too cool to have any manners. There's no prices. They hand you your ice cream so you begin eating, then they tell you it's 40 bucks for 4 cones. This place is a dishonest, disgusting, tourist trap. The owners and workers should be ashamed of themselves. Scumbags
