Love the people there some i've known 25 years great place to work out of a real fish house.
Being from New Orleans and evacuating for Katrina I was fortunate enough to land in Tampa/Madeira Beach. Bill Houghton and the Madeira seafood company is the greatest.
Call in the am to see what they have. They are super helpful and friendly. Cash only. Pick what you want, buy the whole fish by the pound and they will bring you a bag with the most amazingly fresh fish ever. I prepared the scamp grouper for dinner. It was the bomb. Best fish ever. Love that I can walk around the corner to this place.
This is a great place to buy fresh fish right off the boat! They mainly sell to distributors, but will sell to the public. Just go upstairs to the office and ask them what they have available. Cash only!
