I use to go to this place all the time for the freshest fries... not anymore. I got to the drive-through order box and was greeted with a very cold " hold on". After a minute or so was spoken to again just asking "Will you be using your mobile app today?" I told her that I was and she proceeded to tell me I could go ahead to the second window. Fine I guess. So I get to the second window and meet a girl in maybe in her 20s with black curly hair who looked at me like I was a predator...read full review
Experienced the worst customer service and I go to this one in Madeira Beach all the time. Employees had ear buds in & on their phones. After waiting at the window for over 10 minutes, I noticed the girl took the ear bud out. When I made a comment that maybe we would have better service, she shoved the bag at me and said “ you will get the same’. Also they totally messed up my order.
