Very good place to be and love the view.

We loved our stay here. Facilities are clean and well kept. There is plenty of under condo parking, which helps keep your car cool. Lots of great places to eat and shop.

We will be back for sure.

Great location with all units ocean front. Quick drive to johns pass or could walk. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Has corn hole and covered seating for eating outside. Does have a grill. Booked until 206 and it was very nice. It had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella which was very handy.

This is a great place to enjoy the beach and it offers. Rooms are fully furnished and equipped wb beach toys floats and more.

JASON WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT OUR SERVICE ANIMAL! He needs to be fired the guy is out of control and thinks he owns the place will never come back!!!!

Beautiful, But...
Cigarette & Weed smoke were constantly filling our balcony and often the back walkway to our condo. There was also a guy smoking by the pool and entrance from the beach.

During covid this wasn't an issue and we rented 508 several times, but the last time it was too smokey, so we thought we'd try 708 since we thought the top floor would be better. It actually seemed worse.

508 had comfier beds but 708 does have a better view. I resorted to looking out the side windows because the balcony was so smokey all the time.

The other issue with 708 was you could hear the HVAC units on the roof more loudly and the A/C sometimes turned off on us in the middle of the night and it got up to 80 before I woke up. 708 also has a loud whistling fridge. I think they need to replace it.

Also, this time the hot tub was broken the whole time, but normally that's not the case. And the elevator made this loud noise that I could hear when I was trying to sleep, so I had to wear earplugs.

It's so beautiful, but I won't be back until they make this place a 100% smoke free property with no smoking on the balconies, walkways, or by the pool.

I'm only a teenager, but I'd like to make a review on this Condo.This condo deserved my 5 stars because for 5 years of coming here each year for vacation, this condo has become one of many good memories, we stay each year for New Years, and you get a fabulous view of the fireworks, and shows that are going on. The bedrooms are large and have lots of space, including the washrooms and closets. I keep telling my parents that "I want to stay here forever" and I really do, this condo is great!The community within this condo is fabulous too, such kind and fun people stay here, and they live on to be apart of your memories too, for instance this year I came across my favorite Kindergarten teacher with her two children that I've never seen before after 10 years, we all use that term "small world" but if you really think about it this world is pretty big, and seeing your favorite Kindergarten teacher at the same Condo, in Florida, at the same time after 10 years is Flabbergasting. You can do so much here like playing in the pool with others you just socialized with, talking in the hot-tub and relaxing, etc.Personally, I recommend this place to go when you're staying around the Madeira Beach area.

Quiet. Beautiful view of ocean. Sunsets are gorgeous. Pool good size. No noise!

Will stay here again.We stayed on the fourth floor, end unit and the views were amazing. Our condo was clean and comfortable with a generous living area and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all of our stuff.They have a nice pool and outdoor area. Their hot tub is massive but due to the heat we did not use it. More than enough chairs in the pool area and two small cabanas of you needed some shade.There is plenty of parking both covered and open lot. Parking is limited to two cars but it was never full or crowded.There is more than enough to do both north and south of Gulf Boulevard. Don't forget to visit John's Pass for shopping and eating. A little past that is a Publix grocery shop which has everything you would need for groceries and more. So many restaurant choices for any taste and budget.

The condo was nice and the ocean view was amazing. Unfortunately it doesn't matter when you have to walk up and down the stairs. The elevator is always out of service.
