Great customer service!
I came 3 times over my week trip in Florida. 10/10 service is fast. I got The white mocha frappe twice its delicious and I tried 2 different flavors of ice cream. Mamas banana cream pie and the butterscotch ? both were scrumptious and luxurious tasting !

Stopped for a quick and easy breakfast, had a croissant egg cheese bacon sandwich and mocha coffee. Friendly service and everything was good.
Stopped for a quick and easy breakfast, had a croissant egg cheese bacon sandwich and mocha coffee. Friendly service and everything was good.
We enjoyed our cold coffee and chai beverages. The breakfast sandwiches were good; nothing fancy. Although few other customers were there, it took a while to have our orders taken. We enjoyed sitting outside while waiting for our order.
Vegetarian options: We were able to select something without meat.
Kid-friendliness: Children will probably most enjoy the variety of ice cream selections.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is nice and open, and the ice cream is at a level to be seen by someone using a wheelchair. The register is also at a good height. The outdoor seating is stationary so I'm not sure if someone using a wheelchair could be accommodated at a table.

This was possibly the worst, most disorganized restaurant I have ever seen. Was told my order would be about 20 minutes and was perfectly okay with that (counter lady was awesome). The cooks were slow and lazy. Some tickets were missing, we waited around 45 minutes until I said something to the guy and he goes oh its ready. However it was then cold. The rather large man who seemed to be the cook was straight up disrespectful and rude and swore at me. Close this place down

I came here 3/4 days of my trip. I got an iced latte of some sort every morning and they have a great selection and the coffee was amazing! I got a bagel the last day which was also excellent. The young girl with short brown hair was very kind and knowledgeable about everything! Thank you for adding a little sweetness to my trip! :)

Forget the boring old ice cream shops with their fluorescent lights and plastic spoons. Sip and Scoop is like a flavor explosion sprinkled with grown-up fun! Here's why you gotta scoop in:Ice Cream Nirvana: First things first, the ice cream. It's homemade, creamy, and comes in flavors that'll make your taste buds do a conga line. From classic chocolate chip to adventurous lavender honey, they've got something for every ice cream adventurer. Plus, their waffle cones are legendary - think crispy, golden perfection that holds its own against the meltiest masterpiece.Booze and Scoops? Heck Yes!: But Sip and Scoop isn't just about the kiddie stuff (although they have plenty of that too!). They've got a killer selection of craft beers, wines, and even boozy milkshakes that turn your sundae into a happy hour celebration. Imagine swirling a scoop of salted caramel ice cream with a drizzle of bourbon caramel sauce, all while sipping a crisp IPA. Pure. Bliss.Vibin' Vibes: The atmosphere is like a warm hug from your favorite aunt. Think fairy lights, comfy couches, and board games stacked high. It's perfect for a date night, a family outing, or just hanging with friends. Plus, the staff is like a walking ray of sunshine, always ready to recommend the perfect flavor combo or pour you another pint.Sweet Extras: They don't stop at just ice cream! Sip and Scoop has got all the fixings: hot fudge that'll make your heart sing, mountains of whipped cream, sprinkles galore, and even homemade cookies that are begging to be dunked. They even have vegan and gluten-free options, so nobody gets left out of the ice cream party. The Verdict: Sip and Scoop is more than just an ice cream shop, it's an experience. It's a place where laughter floats on the air, spoons tap happily against bowls, and your worries melt away faster than a scoop of butter pecan on a hot day. So grab your friends, your sweet tooth, and get ready to scoop up some happiness!P.S. Don't forget to check out their ice cream challenges (if you dare!) and their ever-changing seasonal flavors. You might just discover your new ice cream soulmate.
