The customer service is broken. From getting into line until we drove away was 31 minutes. No kidding! I understand that they must have been short staffed but that doesn't excuse the poor customer service. To top it off, when I got my food the two sandwiches were barely edible. The buffalo chicken sandwich was so drenched in sauce, it came out with every bite. The chicken itself was on the dry side. The beef and cheddar sandwich also was covered in a lot of cheese. I like a lot but there's a limit. The curly fries were delicious. I do love this place because it helps me save money by not wanting to go back. They may have the meats but they don't have the customer service.

I have never ever sat on a drive thru where I was asked what I ordered, couldn't get my return chsng right and sat 20 minutes for my food. I literally got only a sandwich. Unacceptable. Won't stop here again. Ever

Waited over 30 minutes for 4 sliders a french dip I didn't get the dip for. Every time we go here the wait is ridiculous and they get something wrong or forget something. Don't bother.

It's attached to a gas station, so expectations were low. Food took 20 mins to get in the drive thru (mind you, it wasn't busy at all, I think they just forgot I was out there) but it tasted okay. 5/10

The cashier was amazing she was working the drive thru front counter fry station and bagging orders I still got my food in good return time and it was hot and fresh fish and fries

During my recent visit to Arby’s, the half pound beef was notably rare, which was acceptable and expected, but bacon in smokehouse brisket was undercooked too. Pork tapeworm is a serious parasite that will permanent neurological sequelae. Even it’s 1 out of a million of chance, it’s still a serious problem. ☠️

Mynorder got skipped, and they served 3 customers ahead of me, and when I asked about it, though nice about it, they said they forgot my order. The fries were cold, and no containers for the catsup or arbies sauce.

I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a negative review, but the employees at this location are incredibly disrespectful. We were told that we would have roughly a 5 minute wait for our food at the window which was fine. We waited more than 30 minutes at the window. All of the employees actively avoided the window. I called the store to try to get an update. The first phone call went unanswered, the second phone call went through but they hung up on me. The third phone call I was told by an employee with long reddish Pink hair (food safety violation), that she had already told me I would have to wait and she hung up on me again. I finally got my food after 45-50 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. The employee with the reddish pink hair then proceeded to have attitude as if I was the one being rude in the situation. I was refused a refund before I got my food and they also refused to give me a receipt.
