I just went to buy the strawberry blizard it was prolly one of the worst icecream i have tried… The flavour was not even close to strawberry cheesecake and during one minute of walk from DQ to my car it melted that bad it poured all over my hands i could not even take it with me i had to threw it into trashcan. As an only dairy snack company i would expect soo much better.

Went in at 9:20pm and they don’t close til 10. Was told they are closed by employee……… I guess they don’t think drivers should eat at night after they park!!!!!

Most of the staff seem uninterested in doing their job and management doesn't understand customers can hear them talking poorly about their employees in the dining room.

Every time this one particular employee waits on me for a medium reeses peanut butter cup blizzard she does not fill it to the top. It's always a quarter to the top. The lady order before me was over the top 9
on her small blizzard.

Needs to be the same for each customer.

Who ever heard of an ice cream establishment that does not have ice cream. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened to me there. The last time I visited was over 1 yrar ago. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to counter to tell me. No sign, they did have food but I wanted a peanut butter parfiet.

Place was kinda gross, whole area. Saw a roach by the paper towel area. Charged $2 for a cup of water. Food was okay.

Stopped by my kids on our way back home from a road trip. The young ladies at counter seemed frustrated when my oldest daughter was looking at the menu wanting to order- mind you we never said we were ready to order we were looking at the menu options. There was no one in line behind us, so not sure what the rush was.
She then complained how she has “no patience with kids” while making the order with her coworker. I could understand if they were busy, but it was super uncalled for and my daughter ended up ordering plain ice cream because she could tell the lady was getting annoyed. If there was another ice cream place near by we would have left and went there instead. Just so incredibly rude for a customer service associate. And to have “no patience for kids”… well you work at an ice cream shop where most of your customers have young children.

Tagging Katie on Google Reviews because I just don't trust the receipt reviews and she deserves all the praise that she can possibly get. I came in desperate for one single ice cream cone. My mom had just finished chemo and this was her one request. The line was ridiculously long. Atleast 10 customers and there was poor Katie, doing the best she could in light of the situation. She made eye contact with each and every customer and even stepped back and took a phone call on the company phone, while making everyone's meals.. That's BOTH desert and meals. And while her back was to the customers, so as to give the person on the phone her undivided attention, she was also cooking. You could tell by her slumped shoulders that a staff member had just called to say they weren't coming in. I was the very last customer and while she was nothing but professional, I simply thanked her. In under 10 minutes she had 10 customers happy with their meals. Her area was extremely clean and she was focused.When I told her about my mom, she nearly cried and then I saw the line increase behind me again. Katie is a treasure and a force to be reckoned with. She deserves every kudos imaginable. Shes had a hard day but she absolutely made my mom's day. Thank you so much DQ and Katie. You are truly a gift to the DQ community.
