I recently visited Grumpys Diner at 244 SW Range Ave, in Madison, FL. I walked in and quickly noticed the nice decor. I took a seat and my server promptly asked for my drink order and brought me my coffee. I had a delicious bowl and enjoyed talking to both ladies about the business. A very good place to have a great meal and relax.

GREAT food!!!!!! Accommodating 10 guests, 5 adults and 5 children! Everyone ordered something different and Grumpy’s did not disappoint. If you’re ever near Madison, FL you don’t want to miss this stop!

Biscuit Sandwich for breakfast was OMG! Biscuit was so flaky and tasted like an old fashioned Biscuit. The egg, cheese, and bacon on it was fantastic! I had to eat it with a fork. I savored every bite!

The staff was great. The food was delicious. We sat outside with our dog and ate. The waitress brought him out a bowl and a huge cup of ice water.

We did some antique shopping and stopped in at Grumpys . Found a wonder 4 top in the corner and was greeted quickly by the waitress . The restaurant was clean and decorated with taste . Food came out quickly and the portions were wonderful . Loved listening to the old timers in the corner talking about things . Very much a nice hometown restaurant with a lot of character . We will return and I highly recommend giving it a try when you are in town .

Traveling from South Carolina to Panama City our family stopped for some local grub! So glad we stopped here! We ordered cheese curds, Grumpy’s Burger, Grumpy’s Cheesesteak, and Mile High Club Sandwich. The cheese curds were a delicious snack that were flavorful and nice and hot with marinara sauce. The Burger was everyone’s favorite, again hot and fresh with so much flavor and spice with the jalapeños, absolutely scrumptious! The cheesesteak was nice and peppery with loads of cheese, and the club came with a pleasant surprise and twist with some yummy jam layered in the many layered sandwich! All in all everything was amazing including the sweet staff! Highly recommended! We will be stopping again in our future travels!

Small diner / bar food fare. They recommended the hamburgers but I didn't try them.
