Dear McDonald’s of Madison, your Fries are awful. They do not taste like McDonalds fries, they taste like dry cardboard. I stopped going here completely for years but decided to give them another chance, only to yet again find that they did not salt the fries. It’s such a simple fix, and still you refuse to do it. I’m never giving this place my business again, and neither should you. Go to BK across the street instead; their stuff actually tastes like food.

Almost every time I've visited this location, the workers mumble to the point I can barely understand/hear them over the speaker. On top of that, they have next to no customer service skills. I wanted a couple items from their Golden Sauce menu but they asked ME what it was and said they didn't have that. I also wanted a pumpkin spice latte and said they didn't have that either. Both items were clearly advertised on their signs in front, in the windows and on the menu itself. They also take forever to get the lines moving at any time of the day, regardless of peak hours. I'll be avoiding this location in the future and going to the one 10 minutes down the road because it'll probably take me less time to get there and back than it would to wait in line at this location. And I'll ACTUALLY get the food that I want!

They people at the windows and the one at taking orders at the drive thru was rude and snobby and was messing up the 3 cars in front of us and our orders up
Went on to the app and ordered two meals at 10 took 7 mins to get to the place by the time we get there they have all the doors locked and going through the drive thru they tell us they are closed. They hadn’t even started the order and wasn’t going too even though they close at 11

Waited 20 min for a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru and the order was still wrong. I don’t recommend paying with your debit or credit card either my account has had 4 different charges in 1 day.
