Went on to the app and ordered two meals at 10 took 7 mins to get to the place by the time we get there they have all the doors locked and going through the drive thru they tell us they are closed. They hadn’t even started the order and wasn’t going too even though they close at 11

Waited 20 min for a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru and the order was still wrong. I don’t recommend paying with your debit or credit card either my account has had 4 different charges in 1 day.

Look, take this all with a grain of salt because it is McDonald's and I'm rating it against similar fast food restaurants. This McDonald's was very clean and I saw someone cleaning still. The cashier was quick and efficient. The food was fast and fresh. They clearly swapped oil on the fryers regularly. I've worked at McDonald's in my youth, and I've been to plenty over the years. This one is very well run and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I’ve been to your McDonald’s on Highway 53 and 90 in Madison Florida. Been there three days in a row and if you’re gonna have something on your menu as in a latte, please make sure that you have that been there three days in a row and it has been unavailable, but yet you can get Him mocha frappe. And in my opinion are inexperience and lazy

It was one of the worst places I have been. The lady at the drive-through kept getting our order wrong, even after we thought it was right and it showed on the screen correctly, it was wrong. After it showed correctly, we pulled up to the window for the total, and when the lady told us it was wrong. She had again changed the order, and it was incorrect, and she was trying to charge us too much. She called another person over to help her correct it. They called it back to us correctly, then she took our card to pay and when we saw the amount it was wrong yet again. We told her, and she again called over another worker to help. They refunded us the amount over that we were charged by deleting part of the order. Then, we had to reorder part of the order. When we finally got that straight, we pulled up to get the food. We checked to see that we had the right items and then left the drive-through. After we got back on the road and actually opened the burgers, we found that even though the paper showed the correct burgers, inside, it was the wrong burgers. They were all the same, even though we ordered different burgers. None of the food was fresh or hot, and it did not taste good. I could not eat mine. At that point, we did not want to go back and try again. We will NOT go back to that McDonald's again. And we do not recommend it to anyone.

Came after visiting wild adventures. It was only 10:20 and it closed at 11:00 and they didn't let us get food and said it was closed

Came after visiting Wild Adventures, but it was only like 9 when we arrived. Went through the drive through and it was so disorganized. The person taking the orders did not mute her microphone between orders. Went to order food and she just did not pay attention. Finally got the order right or so we thought, paid and got the receipt. When looking at the receipt, the order was still wrong. Received a refund for the difference. Then had to run the card again for the correct items. Had to run the card several times because she needed the managers finger to scan and allow it. Finally received our food. The nuggets and fries were hot, but pretty sure the burgers we received were all the same even though we ordered different burgers. Wasn't going to argue the issue but know in the future to not go here.
