This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered sweet and sour sauce, but they didn't give it to me, saying they were out. I asked for napkins, and they said they didn't have any, even though I saw they had plenty. The staff were impolite and disrespectful. They need retraining.đđđ

No I didnât; why are you taking a lot upon yourself to waste products and money? It was so cold in here, it was cold outside. Same temperature. Insane they seem they donât have an HVAC system!

Waited over half an hour to get a sandwich and chicken strips. Lots of people working, no one cared at all about doing their jobâeven the manager. Strolled out of the back when I asked to speak to her and took over 10 minutes to process a refund. There was trash everywhere on the floor and several people walked out because it took forever for anyone to even come to the register so they could order. Absolutely horrendous.

Walked in and an employee immediately greeted us to take our order instead of using a kiosk. Food was good. Wait time was short. Most importantly the restaurant was clean!!!! Workers were talking but ALL were working! We travel a lot and this was the first clean fast food restaurant we had seen in a while
