Well, we ended up coming here because Wendy's registers were down across the street. What a huge disappointment this place was! No one was at the counter, so we ordered at the kiosk. 3 men were waiting on their orders and were complaining about how long it was taking. My hubby and I put in our order and waited almost 15 minutes just to get our food. There were 2 people in the drive thru waiting on their orders, too. Meanwhile, the 3 young girls working in the back were on their phones- one was taking a call, the other 2 were playing on theirs. My order was supposed to have all the toppings minus cheese and I got a patty with mustard and ketchup. At least the food was hot. Hubby said the ice smelled funny, but I didn't notice anything. This franchise needs to work on it's customer service and efficiency. Buyer beware!!! Oh, and the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the place was clean.

Horrible experience. No drinks available, only water or milk, waited forever, no napkins, left out part of our order. Unfriendly staff. Bathrooms smelled horrendous! No soap!

Stopped 2 nights in a row both times for just a coffee. The first night the machine was down and the second night the system was down. I literally drive by everyday and every time I’ve stopped it’s been poor service or something isn’t working.

Mostly good, McFlurry came with toppings not mixed in and all on top. But I don’t know if that’s normal so my bad if it isn’t. Atmosphere was plain, but then again, it’s just a McDonald’s. Plain cheeseburger was good.

We waited long enough for fast food. When I went to give my son his food, I found out they gave me this disgusting thing. How dare they serve this quality of food and how expensive it is. My husband had to go out and buy a new order; he didn't want to return it for fear they'd do something to it.
