Ordered over the app today and the order was not ready and it was all wrong. Hamburger had nothing on it and I paid extra for pickles, lettuce and tomato. The chicken sandwich had mustard!! No ranch for the chicken nuggets. And no phone number to call to complain. The owner needs to do something about the sorriest help they have there. Unacceptable and will be complaining to corp.

It's 7 am and the place looks like they didn't clean from the day before. No napkins . Out of stock of everything nearly but still making individuals use the kiosk. Would be faster if they served people at the counter. Food is slow over 20 minute wait for pancakes and a sausage biscuit. I would understand if it was NOT a "fast food restaurant".

If negative stars were available this McDonald's would win. It took 20 minutes to get the meal. Customers were trying to cancel orders due to the time required to receive order. Who at McDonald's thinks the kiosk is the answer? Some people did not know how to use them and then it was a card only payment. Zero Customer service.
