Madison Florida is not my favorite subway. The sandwiches were edible. Employees were borderline rude and not good at their jobs at all. There are no plans to return for another try.

Wish I could give less than one star. Placed an on line order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30pm. Arrived at 7:45pm to pick up and it was not ready. When I asked about my order, the kid behind the counter said they were "too busy". Even though money had already been deducted from my account, they had no interest in filling my order. In fact, they made no move to even start it until another customer in line spoke up, and said hey, his order should have already been filled and you need to do that first. This is not the first time we have had issues with this store. They have issue filling orders correctly as well; even to the point of me returning entire orders and making them remake because sandwiches where completely different from what I ordered. The only reason we return is because it's the only one out here.

Subway doesn’t close until 9:30 and they already put a chain in the outside of the door to lock it, not only that they had horrible attitudes towards customers and skipped the one guy behind me to take another gentleman’s order. The girl was rude and I couldn’t catch her name. Her name tag was upside down on her hat. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my sub toasted she didn’t ask me if I wanted a combo she just assumed I didn’t then made me pay extra for the chips. I told them I wanted just 1 line of Mayo and instead they zig zag it all over my sandwich. Lol idk my rants over.

Staff acted like they could care less. Talking and Cussing like they was at a their buddys house. Food was good. But staff could really use some training on what professionalism in the work place is.

Waited for 20 minutes for the place to open at 9am on a Saturday when their door says they open at 8. Then 5 mins after im still outside the locked door with people inside ignoring me. Will be going to the interstate for my Subway from now on and they really do something about this franchise because it is in shambles.
