Coupon machine not working
normally food and service is good here but waited forever and then this taller man came over to serve us with a attitude and ignored our questions and was mumbling to himself

It's always too hot in here. Something is always broken or not available. I do it on the app to use coupons and last time they didn't have roast beef thawed despite it being 5pm. You can't get a refund because the app doesn't allow for that. This time I wanted my sandwich toasted and it was busted, so I ended up with a cold sandwich. Not worth coming back.

Just the nicest and most polite young man waited on me. It was a real pleasure. I had the turkey bacon, avocado raft, and it was wonderful.

Stopped here from Pensacola on the way to Jacksonville. Had an ultimate sandwich made into wrap. Ebony crafted that sandwich so beautifully!! She wrapped it with care, cut in half and wrapped it again. Hubby had the outlaw. He loved it! Also bought a 6 pack of their delicious cookies. We went on our way with smiles on our faces, full tummies and dessert for later!!

Don’t come here in a hurry because you’re actually trying to work because Lord forbid, you try to order food and get back on the road in a hurry and interrupt their conversation and expect them to actually make a sandwich and pay attention to you or even acknowledge you were there. Sorry, not everybody gets paid to stand around and have a personal conversation that carries on and on and on…… absolutely ridiculous service

Even with a line, the sandwiches were quickly made.
Ordered through the app. Upon arrival, was informed that they were not in receipt of my order. However, I showed them confirmation via the app. An employee attempted to make the argument that I ordered from the wrong location due to the street number being associated with the parent convenience store (6393) rather than the mailing address number of the subway itself (6300). 6300 was not listed in the app. The manager, Grace, argued that the transaction would not be posted. However, it later was. Their unwillingness to assist in providing a refund is a testament to their abysmal customer service. I have contacted corporate to address my transaction.

I have a gift card, but they were unable to process it to pay for my meal. All they could say was sorry. The sub i ordered was not very good. The soda was flat too. They also didn't have the foot long cookie again. Plus they limit what type of sub you can get with the coupon. What is the point of offering subs if they limit your option to 5 basic subs? That should be put on the coupon.
