I ordered fries on the mobile app . I requested sweet and sour sauce . My receipt showed sweet and sour sauce . Im still trying to find it in the bag . These people simply do not care !

Normally I dont mind Wendy's, because Ive worked food service off and on for over 12 years, but this particular location was horrendous. While super busy, and chaotic, the food was ehh at best. Fries looked and tasted like they were brought up too soon and not salted enough, the sandwich I ordered was.. okay-ish but my husband got his meal and now we're worried about his food. I cant put him through bad stomach issues again. Plus, the lady at the counter almost gave our order away and she forgot his Frosty. Like.. please do better Wendys.

I would avoid this exit at all cost. This area is so run down. The only positive thing I have to say is my food was hot and fresh. I went through the drive-thru and told the person taking my order that you can't see part of the menu board because they have allowed landscape to grow up around it. They make no effort to do anything there. They don't care about the place or the area. The guy who took my order once I drove up to the window I asked him about the new Frosty mix up drinks they have and his only thing to tell me was that they were a pain in the ass to make. Excellent sales technique 🙄

It took about 5 minutes before any worker to acknowledge me. I told the worker that I had ordered through my cell phone. Then that worker told me that they did not have any mobile orders pending. Then another worker arrived and assisted the first worker in finding my order. My order receipt was on the floor, mixed with what looked like 20 other people's order. The cash register just spits out the receipts onto the floor. Then they walked to the back area where they stayed for at least 5 more minutes. Then one of the workers returned to the counter and told me that they did not have any chocolate Frosties. Then another worker chimed in to tell me that they would put some new French fries in the grease, just for me! Another 5 minutes passes and I was asked "what type of sauce would you like with your nuggets"? I told the worker that I did not order any nuggets. That called for yet another meeting with the workers. While I had invested over twenty minutes waiting on my order and dealing with complete and utter idiots, there were other customers who were waiting in line to place their order. Several of those people simply got out of line, mad, and left. This Wendy's staff is completely incompetent and should have never been hired to do a job that requires dealing with the public. The workers are all black, they were unkempt, with poor hygiene. Poorly educated. They spoke with efficient Ebonics. This Wendy's is located at Exit 258 on I-10.
