Angle: Polished Luxury, Comfort-Forward

Dinner at Angle at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa unfolds in a space designed to reassure: clean architectural lines, modern elegance, and a pianist whose live and recorded selections softly fill the room. It’s refined, comfortable, and unmistakably upscale—well aligned with its oceanfront setting.

We began with complementary bread, freshly baked and served warm with grilled Brie and whipped butter. The gluten-free option arrived as toast, but thoughtfully garnished to match the table. Shrimp cocktails and a classic Caesar salad followed—both perfectly serviceable, though fleeting. The shrimp were fresh, but the cocktail sauce, chilled by the dish itself, muted the creamy bite one hopes for, leaving little to linger.

The heart of the menu leans confidently into sauce-forward comfort. Three Cheese Agnolotti, Penne alla Vodka (gluten-free), and torchiette pomodorini all delivered rich, full flavors without excess—generous, cohesive, and satisfying. The Ora King salmon, however, arrived nearly obscured beneath an abundant dill crème fraîche, rendering the fish secondary and the portion modest for its price.

Sides of jumbo asparagus with béarnaise and foraged mushrooms echoed the theme of fine ingredients pushed just a touch too far, with accent flavors leading more than necessary.

Service was polished and professional throughout. A bottle of white wine—priced squarely in luxury-resort territory—paired naturally with the meal.

Angle is stylish, dependable, and pleasant. At close to $500 for four, it delivers exactly what one expects from a luxury resort dining room: comfort, elegance, and an experience that meets its setting with confidence.

Very disappointing- food was nothing out of the ordinary- decent grouper but portion size quite small- one of the only times ordered a caesar salad after having entree due to portion sizes- cassar was nothing like a true casear- their own way of making it etc. Was empty on a saturday night- unless staying at the Hotel and need a convenient restaurant there are much better options throughout Palm Beach

What happened to this restaurant and more on the hotel ! We arrived and there was maybe 4 tables which typically is an indication but I have eaten here before (2 years ago( but what happened ! I ordered wagyu and they cam out with a filet mignon ? then the steak I ordered was medium and it came out raw then I send it back it came back dry. My girl did not like it and she tasted the lobster tail and she gave me a pice and it was raw. What a nasty experience. Everyone was nice and they removed the steaks from the check but really ! We were suppose to go back next weekend but my girl said cancel and I do not blame her ! What a terrible experience management should change !!!

We have always enjoyed this restaurant. It used to be so elegant & alluring. The food & service are still amazing, but the lack of attention-to-detail, elegance, & charm are gone. We dined there this past week, & truly missed the specialty palette cleanser, the glass of champagne, & the mustard with the pretzel bread. These small touches made us remember this special place. Now there are no table cloths, no special decor…. It doesn’t give the vibe of being upscale - and when a meal for two is tentatively $500+? You need to keep that vibe up. Love that it was remodeled, it needed to be, but there can still be elegance added - along with the special compliments from the chef that used to make the restaurant stand out.

Food was absolutely delicious!! Server was very friendly but on the slower side. Great taste and quality of food made up for that though.

Thank you for having vegan options for appetizers, entrees, and side dishes! I am constantly looking for higher end date night spots with vegan options so I appreciate the effort.

By far the best steak in town! Tender, juicy and flavorful. The whole team, led by charming Joss are exceptional. The new design is calm and cozy, I am already planning my next reservation. Thd Eau is really stepping it up!

This used to be our favorite special occasion restaurant. While the service is still exceptional, the menu has changed and some of their special touches that used to set them apart are gone. They no longer have an old fashion cart that makes the drinks table-side and was unique. They also used to greet you with a campaign toast when you sat! That is also Now gone. The menu is strictly geared to steaks. And also the restaurant used to have a cozy and upscale feel, now its very open and cold.

They took a high end restaurant and made it look like a low class diner Did away with the champagne when seated , did away with the sorbet to cleanse your palate All the things that made it more special than any other restaurant in Palm Beach it is now a diner at three times the price Poor choice by management. Also five star restaurant don't allow people in shorts . Enforce the dress code

Very elegant with exceptional service. Food was good like many places but over priced. Probably won't return.
