They say “it’s not what someone says, it’s how they make you feel.” 💭 On this beautiful Labor Day weekend 🇺🇸, the experience unfortunately made us feel like we didn’t matter.
The Ice Cream Club in Manalapan truly shines when it comes to ice cream 🍦. The flavors are outstanding — creamy, fresh, and full of variety. It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to for the product alone.
That said, the customer service hasn’t matched the same level of excellence 🙁. I even turned to my wife and asked, “Was it me, or was she kind of standoffish and rude?” She replied, “It hasn’t been the first time. You should probably do a review at this point.”
I always leave a tip 💵, but not this time. That says it all. Hopefully this review serves as constructive feedback ✍️, because with a more welcoming and attentive approach, The Ice Cream Club could easily turn an already great product into a true five-star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
