The regular ice cream is good. The no sugar added offerings are inedible , I’ll stick with Bryers from Publix .

I love this Ice Cream place and tried to go in this afternoon at 4:25 pm with a friend. There were 4 customers waiting and the employee asked if we could all wait 10 to 15 minutes while he decided to mop the floor during business hours. I understand that if someone spilled something you may need to clean up a small area of the floor but the entire floor does not need to be done while people wait outside in the heat. At least 4 or 5 customers walked away to go to another establishment. That being said the ice cream is delicious and I don’t want to be a Karen but really wanted this ice cream today. 😔💙

Ice Cream and Yogurt Club ? is so perfect in every way small on the inside but the outside seating and atmosphere makes up for that plus you get the incredible ? ocean breeze plus we had low sugar coffee ice cream it was creamy and appeasing to the senses ? and parking is great because it is in a shopping center around the corner from Publix byee ?!!?

Walked in, no one was there … no one came out. We were there long enough to see a single scoop of ice cream in a tiny styrofoam cup was $7.25 ! For a single scoop ! Pay extra for cone, topping. Since literally no one even came out of the back to take our order we saw this as our sign to leave. Don’t support restaurants that price gouge.

Disappointed with the service. Almost felt like it was an imposition to be waited on for ice cream. Not appreciating the business. Hourly staff were more interested in their conversations. Ice cream was very good but not a generous serving for the money. Not returning.

Horrible customer service from the old blond lady who In theory is the “Manager”. She is extremely rude and nasty. If She hates people, she should not be in front of people at all! It makes people feel uncomfortable I go there every Sunday just because my family like Steve ice cream and pray she is not there I don’t like her attitude at all!! Bad energy!
