Rude customer service would not recommend I came on 4/10/2024. And I can say the two girls working that day did their job in a rush just to close on time and ask customers to they can’t sit on the chairs and tables outside because they will come in 10 minutes.

Terrible customer service. The lady who worked there took my order and started to help other customers who came after. I was not happy with my service I happened to say my order wrong and I was pretty upset because I told the lady I meant to say banana sundae instead I said sundae and the lady did not offer to switch it out or add bananas after she seen how upset I was.

Best Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae EVER! my son had pistachio and black cherry - both very good but Sundae was amazing - vanilla ice cream rocked! The young man was very polite - lady forgot to give me a spoon and didn't apologize but the young man did. Recommend this for fabulous ice cream!!
The vanilla soft serve is not soft and it doesn’t taste good. my boyfriend enjoyed his banana split. but this girl charged us $20.25 for 1 banana split and 1 waffle cone. the sign says $10 for a banana split and $2.75 for a waffle cone. I saw her ring in the $10 for the banana split so there was no way the waffle cone was also $10. She definitely was using that money for an extra tip when we already put $2 and change in the tip jar. So disappointed and disgusted. Will be telling everyone I know not to come here. (night of Thurs 10/12/23) I hope the owner sees this.

Traveling North on AIA on a beautiful hot Saturday afternoon. Saw ice cream to our right. Small quaint and clean neighborly parlor. A waffle cone with coffee chip and a cone with praline. The coffee chip was good. I love coffee ice cream so to me it did not have a real coffee taste. It was like an undertone of coffee. The chocolate chips were plenty and very good. There were many flavors to choose from. ???
