This hotel property has wonderful memories for us, as we were married there 31 years ago. We try to visit as often as we can. We have seen many changes throughout the years. Some better than others. Nobu will be a fantastic addition and have already tried it and it's great! Polpo will be missed as we enjoyed many meals there. The service has always been exceptional. It will be missed, but our memories will last forever.
Restaurant is 3/4 the original seating capacity. The AC was not working inside when we first arrived but about half way into meal suddenly the AC began working.. Tge chicken picatta was tough and had an odd taste. Sent back and was taken off final check. Ibhsd eaten here a few years ago and it appears that the service and food has taken a turn in the wrong Way. Think this will be my last time dining here. What a shame! We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Polpo and so glad we did. Everything from when we walked in until we left was perfect. The view from outside is amazing. The food was amazing. The whole vibe there was so nice. I would say the topper was the STELLAR service we received from our server Roxanna! Roxanne, thank you for making our anniversary experience the very best. Couldn't be happier with our choice!
