Small spot but amazing service and quick DELICIOUS breakfast! I ordered Eggs Benedict. Hubby got the biscuits and gravy. Potatoes looked overdone at first glance but rest assured, they were amazing!

Tasty menu options, last stop before 7 mile bridge. We stopped after biking the pedestrian bridge for a beer and bite to eat. They had a nice mix of grill fare plus Greek and seafood options. Local beef on tap as well

Good food! Good service! We sat outside at the bar. Hamburger and hot dog were great! Beware… the hot dog is huge! Nice stop for a quick lunch when passing through Marathon.

DO NOT GO HERE!! IF I HAD THE TIME, I WOULD BRING THIS GARBAGE BACK (THAT’S WHERE IT ENDED UP), TO ASK FOR A REFUND!! July, 5, 2025; 9:24am arrival time. Just before 10am leaving time. Decided to check out 7 Mile Grill Marathon Fl after reading that they're supposed to have really good biscuits . Been here for 30 minutes to place a to-go order for breakfast. Got a hello after 10 minutes from the lady, (the guy in the picture looked at me like what the hell are you doing here you don't belong here, never acknowledged me and as I was leaving just glared at me), , said I'd like to place a an order to to go. 14 minutes later 2 people come and sit next to me, got immediate service, they're now eatening and I'm still waiting for my food!! Better be worth the wait!! Egg sandwich with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and white toast or in this case just white soggy bread and a biscuit UPDATE: what a waste of my morning and money, the driest worst biscuits I think I've ever had in my life. They should open up a can of Pillsbury Grands and serve those instead they would be about 1000% better!! Terrible burnt coffee on top of it!

The service at the 7 Mile Grill was great and the food was even better. I had the coconut shrimp basket and my husband had the shrimp basket. The fríes were good; they tasted like potatoes, and the slaw was creamy, just the way I like it.

My wife and I had lunch here Service was outstanding and the food was amazing. My wife ordered the MAHI tacos, and she was very satisfied with her meal. I ordered the GRILLED MAHI AND SHRIMP ENTREE, it was well prepared and extremely tasty. Oh and save room for the KEY LIME PIE, you will be glad that you did. It was the best that we have ever eaten. I highly recommend the 7 Mile Grill, we will definitely be eating here again.

These folks need to change their frying oil, everything fried comes out black colored. It's as simple as that. Black conch fritter, black cheese sticks, black fried fish, black fried chicken. I know oil is expensive, but you all are charging enough to change oil, why go to the effort to produce quality food and fry it in old oil.

Absolutely the best breakfast. Sorry, no pics. Homemade corn beef hash was truly homemade and the best I've had since western Colorado. Grits were perfect and the egg sandwich was enormous ..... waitress Dawn was woderful.

We left after we got drinks, they tasted so bad nasty, I threw a $20 f d own and rolled out, plus we had some new guy that didn’t know what was going on so idk about the food place is a hole in the wall, but sometime they are the best idk 🤷🏼♂️
