This is a spot off the beaten path and should not be missed. On our journey to Key Largo, we wanted some breakfast for the road trip, and we stopped by this family restaurant. The servers were very pleasant, and the food came out quick and hot. We ordered a variety of breakfast meals with coffee. Very happy we stopped here.

The entrance to the place gives you a slap of a bad musty smell with dirt, the attention of the waitress and the chef was good, I ordered a pizza that was good, I didn't like the mamey shake at all.

Great way to grab a Cuban snack on the way to or from Key West. Located on Marathon Key. Delicious buffet. Super friendly service and chef. Cold water would be brought immediately (free of charge) on a hot day. The toilets are marginal, like everywhere else in the USA. Good drinks, very good Cuban soul food. Go there!!!
Vegetarian options: Traditionally little in Cuban cuisine. That's why I recommend the buffet, where you can pick out individual vegetables.
