Not much of a liquor selection, but the bartender makes a great rum runner & mudslide! The black & blue burger was outstanding, as was the turkey club. Great view of the water.

We've been coming to Marathon for the past 8 Winters . We have been to every tiki bar in the area and this is our favorite. The food here 8s reasonably priced and quite good.

I would add a photo of my food/drink, but I was never served. I was not even asked if I wanted anything. I am sure the employees are nice people, but none belong in customer service. I literally have more students in my classroom during any given period than this place does in customers. It's unfortunate. Maybe their stuff is good-I wouldn't know. After sitting for 20+ minutes on two different occasions, I gave up.

Stopped in for a quick drink. Ended up staying for dinner! Fell in love with our bartender Jay and his sidekick Caroline! Food was great! Drinks were amazing and the sunset... beautiful! Loved the canon blast at sunset! Even had live music! -The virgin Key Lime Daiquiri was SOOOO GOOD!

When we arrived we set for over 30 minutes and still never received any service.We listened to a younger woman that wasn't doing any work bash, talk down to an older woman that was actually working trying to serve the group.Tha young woman called herself a manager and proceed to talk down to and call the older woman a capital C in front of all the customers.We asked the younger woman, the manager if we could please have a beverage and menu, the manager told us we would have wait for our server as she just looked at her phone continued to talk down to the old woman.

To start food was delish, I ordered the Mahi dinner Blackened with grilled veggies and it was so well seasoned and flavorful. The ambience is so cute and a great vibe, we came on a windy/ cloudy evening so the sunset was not to be seen but I can imagine it is beautiful when it can be seen. They shoot off a cannon at sunset and served of complimentary shots!!! We loved that, a very nice and helpful server guiding us to the right choices. Def would recommend to others in the area!!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I sat at the bar for a drink before boarding a boat tour. We tried to order a mojito but the bartender, Deborah (was the name in my receipt) said she only knew how to make a rum runner so we ordered 2. Right in front of us as she served them she got a spoon to scoop the bugs out of the drinks first. About 30 min later my husband ordered a beer and when she served it we asked her to cash us out, as we needed to leave to board our boat soon. She never brought the check despite us trying to get her attention, the bar is small and it wasn't very full and she had already served most everyone there. After 20-30 minutes unable to get her attention, I walked around the bar to where she was and asked if she could cash me out. She said no!! "I'm too busy"!!! I said I really need to leave soon and I need to pay for my drinks. Her reply was "you can't pay now I'm too busy". To which I said then am I to just leave? She proceeded to berate me for thinking I could leave without paying, even when I kept trying to tell her I have been trying to pay my bill. She raised her voice to me, and I raised my voice back once again, letting her know that I just wanted to pay my bill and we have been trying to get her attention for the last 30 minutes to which she replied "and suddenly you're in a rush?!" And made sure to tell me all about how the bartender before her didn't leave her with anything and she had to stock everything to which I told her that was not my problem. I just want to pay my bill. This woman raised her voice to me yelled at me, snarled at me. And was pissed off and surprised when I didn't leave her a tip. I still am stunned at her attitude toward me for no reason because her day wasn't going as planned. Unfortunately this bar is not part of the resort it shares the pool area with so there was really no one to complain to. If I could give negative stars I would.

Ah, Barnacle Barney’s! The view is outstanding, the food is edible, the music was decent. The service is entertaining, not in a funny, fun way, but rather”what in the AF is happening to us?”way, to the point where we started looking around for hidden cameras to see if we were being filmed for a reality show. If you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind waiting 25 minutes to get your tab, and then another 20 minutes on top of that because the bartender, though nice enough and obviously and very vocally not supported by the manager on duty, mixed up the tabs & processing, then Barnacle Barney’s is your watering hole. Good luck!

We stayed at the joining resort last year and went nightly to happy hour and normally got an appetizer which was a yummy bad for you fried food. This year we are at a different resort but wanted to relive our experience from last year . There was no longer a happy hour and our mozzarella sticks were cold , not sure how you mess that up. Service was super slow and server lost interest in us when we didn’t order more food . We would not recommend or return .

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I sat at the bar for a drink before boarding a boat tour.
