I can't believe it's taken so long try this place. WoW..! The food, service and white table dining were excellent. The Yellow Tail Snapper is a must try. Tell them you want the mashed potatoes with it :)
This place is not fancy. It is clearly a re-purposed building, with a dozen tables inside & a few outside. Although we had made a reservation by phone, most of the parties seemed to have just wandered in & were seated by the lone server.\n\nThe food? DELICIOUS!! My wife had 5 plump grilled scallops over a pesto linguine. She loved it. I had shrimp scampi, recommended by the server, which had a marinara base and some broth in the bottom of the bowl (I ate every bite!)....
Stopped for lunch and it was fabulous. The fried snapper was fresh and flavorful, the French fries homemade (At least they looked and tastes like it :) and the waitress was super nice and on point with service and drink refills. Will definitely be back when it Marathon!
