I rarely give a negative review as the food service business is tough…but… The price and quality of the crab cakes were terrible. Crab cakes were advertised as “jumbo lump crab” but were small, loaded with filler, and not lump meat at all. Overcooked hockey pucks of filler and breading.

Staff were great and accommodating.

Brittany was an awesome bar tender! She cares about the customers and was very helpful! If you go here make sure you ask for Brittany!

The algae on the seawall smelled like a sewer. The conch fritters consisted of unknown substances, but basically anything other than conch, the staff was slow and very understaffed, for very over priced, terrible food

Terrible experience here, ordered some wings, waited an hour then was told they didn’t fulfill the order, if I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could order again. There are a lot of places nearby that have better service, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

The location at the Faro Blanco Resort (Courtyard side) is exceptional. The food is pretty reasonable. The atmosphere was fun. The customer service was top-notch.

We got too hungry on our drive to Key West and had to stop 1hr out. We oicked this place. We thought it was more of a dine in restaurant, but it was an outdoor poolside bar with tables. It was surprisingly quaint with beautiful views and the pool goers were quiet.

We ordered a few different foods, and everything was great. Especially the blackened fish tacos.

Decent spot, but lots of room for improvement. We waited over an hour for our food, and the servers seemed to have mastered the art of disappearing. It was like dining in a ghost town minus the charm. The food? Let’s just say my salad was more of a suggestion than a dish. No dressing, no effort, just vibes. The fish tacos the next day were… fine, but I was surprised to find out the fish wasn’t fresh especially since the place is literally on an island. Kind of like living next to a bakery and still buying frozen bread. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not trying too hard either.

We love this place. Great food and the staff is always amazing come by at lunch grab a drink and hang out by the pool and take in the marina and talk to all the ppl traveling by boats and hear the amazing story’s. Dinner is great as well with views of the gulf and the light house and if your looking for hotel with all this it’s a Hilton resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Blue Waters! It was beautiful and the service was amazing-Yadi was the best!! Extremely professional and kind! Their food and drinks are delicious! Highly recommend the tuna nachos and wings! A place we definitely plan to visit again!

Food is great, but the service was horrible : we had to ask for everything, after waiting over an hour for food. They automatically tip themselves 20%. I will never go back.

Blue Waters Grill is an amazing place to hang out. I come here once a month. Yadi, Yeni and Roberto are the best! They make you feel like family as soon as you come to the bar. They are the reason I come back once a month and stay here. Of you are coming to Marathon, you have to stop by Blue Waters Grill.
