Blue Waters Grill is an amazing place to hang out. I come here once a month. Yadi, Yeni and Roberto are the best! They make you feel like family as soon as you come to the bar. They are the reason I come back once a month and stay here. Of you are coming to Marathon, you have to stop by Blue Waters Grill.
We actually visited Blue Waters at Marriott Faro Blanco in order to have a nice day at the pool. You can book a day pass via the Resort Pass app, and that gives you the opportunity to use either of their pools, the hammocks, rent a jetski, order food and drinks, or lounge under an umbrella. Nice view, nice people working there, but the food was pretty terrible. Could be worse but definitely wasn’t good. Came in because of a Facebook ad which showed sweet potato fries with the crab cakes which they did not even have. The crab cakes tasted like eggs and the fries were like triple fried leftover fries it seemed idk …my stomach wasn’t too happy afterward…the skirt steak was not too bad but the portion was really tiny…definitely won’t be back.
