We heard a lot of buzz about this place so we checked it out. The place was very chaotic and super busy. The staff where not the friendliest but they could have been having a bad day. We had to try the famous fries and they did not disappoint. The fries are hand cut daily from what I was told. The burger was good but nothing special. Overall if you want to try the best fries in the Key's definitely check out Burdines.
Parking: I would recommend going early during the week to avoid the large crowds.

Service really leaves something to be desired. He was rude and acted inconvenienced and rushed. Key lime pie was tasty and a nice view. But never really understand why servers who makes their money off tips have such a piss poor attitude. I tipped accordingly.

Good place for good food and very laid back atmosphere. It gets very busy at dinner time, so please be patient or plan ahead (be early). People/Staff are very nice. Portions are appropriate and fish is cooked right. Large parking area. It is cool you get to see boats in and out the channel.
Parking: If bringing pets, spirit animals, support animal or whatever you want to call your animal companion, please expect not to be seated inside near the kitchen area, is an open kitchen concept. No animals in the closed area, near the kitchen, there’s plenty of seat on the perimeter platform and companion animals are ok on the platform. Please don’t give these nice folks a hard time about it. :)

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. Is on a second floor platform to which access seems to be a staircase.

Enjoyed the Jo'Mama sausage sandwich. My daughter's split the tuna steak sandwich and gave it a four out of five stars. Could have had more flavor. Our granddaughter gave the cheeseburger five out of five stars. We love watching the boats coming in and out and got great sunset photos. We always love coming to burdines when we are in Marathon florida.
Went to have lunch at the bar there was 6 open seats and the host told me I had to be on the wait to not overwhelm the bartender seats are for show and tell left and went somewhere else .
