9/19 Stopped in today and Jayden served us, he was respectful and very personable! And of course the ice cream was as delicious as ever!
Original review many many months ago: We love this place run by a very hard working family who cares about their customers. Their ice cream is made in house and it's delicious! The store is bright and clean and lovely. I'll add pictures the next time we stop in!

Best ice cream in all of florida and top ice cream spots in the states. Super Fresh flavorful all of their flavors the pistachio, strawberry really all their flavors are delicious. Make a stop and grab a couple pints you wont regret it.

Quaint custard shop. Some seating inside. Busy place. One server was very courteous and friendly. The cashier didn’t say a word, no thank you, and had an attitude was far more conversational and pleasant with all other guests. Even gave gratuity they just walked away. Made the custard tart and brown eyes blue. Needs training and interpersonal skills .

We stopped for a sweet treat on our way to Key West and were pleasantly surprised with the variety of flavors and the clean ingredients were such a bonus that was not short on flavor. Yum!! The owner served us and he was such a delight. Conch Custard is a family friendly location and so welcoming… We will be back !!!!!

Conch Custard is a Marathon must-stop in the Keys! Their homemade ice creams are on another level, especially the Andes Mint Chip. For something different, try their Gelati (raspberry and chocolate combo) highly recommended. Friendly service and that homemade touch makes this spot 5 stars.

We stopped for a sweet treat and was so Impressed. The soft serve was creamy and delicious. Loved the atmosphere as it was decorated so cute. We will be back for sure on every trip to the keys. This is a must stop shop.

On vacation from UK. Saw this place on Trip Advisor with good ratings. Fantastic place for ice cream and soft drinks like shakes and floats. Really clear, friendly staff (shout out to Jayden) who let you try any flavours before you buy! Good value as well given the touristy area that it is in. Check it out. Well done Conch Custard would definately come again! The Masons

All the best flavors, owners and staff are excellent! We love this place. Stayed in Marathon for two weeks. Came here almost every night. Our boys want to move from Nevada to Marathon because of Conch Custard. Hahaha. Wishing the owners and staff all the best!
