We went on Christmas. Services was a little slow but expected with limited staff and limited restaurants open. Food was GREAT! Our waitress worked her butt off and she was super nice. Will definitely be back. Key lime pie was great!

We enjoyed talking to the friendly staff. First visit back to Marathon since we lived there back in the 1960s-70s. Nostalgic lunch as we remembered back when the building had been the Royal Castle.

I love Cracked Conch cafe. I find the servers here very friendly and accommodating for our puppies. This might not be the best place if you’re high maintenance.

We went here for lunch. The food was good but pricey but then again a lot of restaurants in Marathon are pricey. One and done.

Picked this place on a whim. I had the conch fingers and the conch ceviche as the suggestion of my waitress. It was great!! If you're going to eat at place call the cracked conch you might want to try the conch. My son had the yellow fin and really liked it. Pistachio tiramisu was a nice finish. I would definitely recommend.

Hidden mushrooms inside menu items I showed the server and she said “1 musroom” It doesn’t matter. Your attitude sucks lady. And the food was wrong. Be sure to ask what is inside every single menu item The chef puts whatever they want inside food And the servers don’t care

No refills on iced tea and soda, we sat there with empty cups eggs benedict had hard yolks Took forever to get our check, couldn’t get the server’s attention They charged an egg fee!!!!! $1.50 extra for each of us because we had eggs.

hardly anyone there when i went for breakfast. waited 15 minutes for pancakes that were barely warm and 2 dried out hockey-puck like sausage patties.

Lynda flushed my friend’s heart medication out of spite causing my friend to be hospitalized for 3 days and nearly lose her life. If these are the kind of people they let represent them I’d stay far away. She’s likely to spit in your food and it causes me to have concern for my health when dining here. Wouldn’t recommend

Basic restaurant. No complaints. More like a diner atmosphere.

An easy going spot for a meal all day. Very helpful. Just ask what you want.

This was our third time at the Cracked Conch... the first two times the restaurant was busy and our breakfast was sufficient.… This day we arrived just a half of an hour after opening and were the only table... the servers were polite ...Our eggs came out cold… The toast was uncooked even after my husband asked for his English muffin to be re-toasted it came back uncooked… The bacon was fatty and not cooked enough but then came out overcooked...Terrible breakfast!

Our family has been going to the CC for years and although there are new owners, the chef is reportedly the same and the food is consistently delicious. We always eat breakfast and the choices are numerous and the service is fast and friendly. Try it!!

Great coffee (try the Cuban) and reasonably priced excellent breakfast and lunch. For breakfast my wife had the seafood omelet that was generously stuffed with Shrimp, Crab and Lobster. I had eggs and bacon. For lunch we had Caesars salad...mine with grilled shrimp here with grilled Mahi. Food was fresh, perfectly prepared and the salads were fresh and crisp. Will be back!!

My wife and I selected this place on a cold day because it had a legitimate indoor space which was warm.
Our meals were good, the service was good but 2 to 3 hours after eating there I developed an acute case of food poisoning. We are talking the kind of experience that can only be described as explosive bi-directional.
My wife was unaffected. She suspects the Cole slaw (which was tasty) as it was the only thing on my plate which she didn’t try.
