OK, 1st we have been coming for years. Everytime we come to the keys we come to driftwood because we have always had an awesome experience. But this time was different and judging from the other posts I'm not alone this year. It was busy but it always has been, but the staff seemed younger then normal and getting slammed by business but the front girls were almost irritated??? The worst part was the food was cold fresh out the oven, we watched them box it. The machine must have been sending too fast or too cold. The pizza was not comptly done dough was soft. Our calzone was definitely not cooked it was cold and still whole shredded cheeses inside. That being said well be back next year to try again! The food still is great I only put one star so someone reads it... Your food is so good I just hope it stays good for many more years.

We ordered online and scheduled for pickup. We ordered pizza and wings. When we got home with the order, and looked at the receipt, we realized they gave us half of our order and part of someone else's. Not only did they mess up the order, they also provided us with someone elses information. We tried calling for over an hour and no answer.I would not recommend.

By far the worst ordering experience, customer service, and stomach ache on vacation EVER. Tried calling to place an order numerous times nobody ever answered so we were forced to download the Slice App. Placed the order. 2 medium pizzas 1 large pizza and 3 garden salads with homemade Gorgonzola dressing plus extra dressing as listed on the Slice App. Added 20.00 tip. All in $145.00Friend picked it up for us, and received the order almost an hour after time Slice App said it would be ready. While waiting someone said, “some days you get your order some days you don’t”.Order arrives to our Air BB come to find out there is no dressing on any salad nor any of the extra dressing ordered on the Slice App that we were forced to use in order to place an order. Tried to call - again no answer. Not wanting to leave the house again to pick up dressings we ordered and didn’t receive, we opted to just eat the salads with NO DRESSING since we are vacationing we don’t generally travel with dressings, and one of the pizzas had an incorrect topping. To top off the evening - 2 of the 3 individuals who consumed the food had intestinal discomfort, which prompted everyone to discard any leftovers.Placed an inquiry with Slice App regarding resolution because again nobody is answering at Driftwood. The next day, we call just shortly after opening spoke to a young woman who stated that this particular Saturday was the busiest the whole season! Also indicated that there was no such thing anymore as Gorgonzola dressings! (See photo) had no concern for the fact that customers eating the food got sick or any sort of normal customer service reactions by a business , period. Proceeded to take my name and number stating that someone would call me back, supposedly the owner or manager.Needless to say I never heard back but was told by Slice App folks that a 10% discount was applied to my bill.Since it was the “busiest day ever” perhaps management will read this and do a little better than 10% since we tipped more than that for a terrible experience.

Toppings were wrong. Pizza was fair at best. Not the worst I've ever had but not worth having again.Pricing was nessed up by $8. in our favor but all the mix ups makes you winder about the one gluten free pizza if they are aware at all of cross contamination.

Awesome little place! Everyone was super friendly and the place seemed to be busy! If you’re dinning in there’s a couple of tables inside and a few outside. Pizza was delicious! We’ll be back for sure!

We ordered our pizza on line to be delivered. The time frame for our delivery was between 7 and 7:15pm. The pizza didn't arrive until 8:30. I called the restaurant at least a half dozen times and waited on hold each time without ever speaking to anyone. When we finally got our food the pizzas were barely warm to the touch. I called the restaurant again in the morning with no answer. We spent $62 for two pizzas which includes fees and tips. Definitely not worth the money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews and completely understand if a restaurant falls behind but not being able to speak with someone is the worst part. If someone would have just picked up the phone!
