With no other customer there other than me, standing at the register and both employees looking at me like I’m crazy . I stood there for 3 minutes and when I finally asked if someone could help me, the employee said to order on the kiosk. Frustrated, I walked out and overheard them laughing about it in Spanish, which I also speak.
Clear laziness and terrible customer service. I went the day before and the same two got my order wrong, and when I told them they refused and said this is what I had ordred.
Both don’t need to be working in customer service. The happened on 2/8/26 and 2/9/26 in the morning.

Slow slow slow. We waiting the drive through for 15 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of us… finally the car behind us had enough and backed out which made us be able to back out ourselves. We went in to the gas station part and one of the workers was on his way out and two ladies back there not seeming busy at all. Not sure how they could be with only two cars getting done in 15 minutes.
We are on our way to vacation day and wasted too much time with this place. Frustrating.

I literally waited 22 minutes for a black coffee and 6 donuts. And then only got 5 donuts! The box is made for 6 donuts! How do you only put 5 donuts in it! Geezzz Don’t walk in, they totally cater to the drive thru and ignore their store customers.

We placed a pickup/to-go order at this Dunkin’ in Marathon, Florida, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve had at any Dunkin’. We ordered avocado toast, and they gave it to us with bacon on top, even though we are strictly vegetarian. This is a huge mistake and shows zero attention to dietary needs.
Even worse, the coffee was barely warm, almost cold, like it had been sitting there forever. For a small to-go order, they still managed to mess up almost everything.
Extremely careless service. Very disappointing. We won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible service, went in to get 2 coffees while traveling. Waited for over 20 minutes ! Woman behind the counter kept avoiding eye contact. We had to tell her our order was ready and it was incorrect after all that. Really unacceptable.

Kevin was the one who made our order. He was amazing. His funny and welcoming demeanor is one that I have not experienced in a long time. Our drinks were made perfectly, and our food was delicious. I don’t usually come to this dunkin, but I was grazed by the gods of knowledge to come here. Thank god I did, Kevin was a blessing. My morning is now blessed, what a great start. He deserves some sort of raise!!!
