Not sure what was up but dinner tonight was a bad experience for us. Food was good. Service was seriously lacking. Seemed to get attitude as soon as we were called up. Hostess all but threw our menus on the table. We were seated at a table behind the bar. Thank you for sticking my 83 year old mom on a high top bar stool with no back. Not sure if any of your chairs have backs but if they do, must be nice. We had a lovely view of...the bar. Waiter seemed like he'd lost a bet and was being tortured with serving us as punishment. Didn't catch his name because he didn't give it. I had to ask what the catch of the day was and only found out hogfish was an option after I overheard the table next to us being informed. He did come to check on us twice. Both times he asked me if I was done yet. Didn't offer a go box. Didn't offer a receipt. Just stood there waiting for my card, swiped it and watched while we filled out the tip. I still don't have a receipt. I'd take back my tip if I could. The waiter at the table next to us was great. His name was Jackson I believe. Sucks because I was so excited to try a local place and spend a good chunk in the gift shop. Nah. Y'all lost my business and I'll make sure to spread the word.

Our service was fast and that is the only positive takeaway. The She crab soup lacked crab and any flavor. It reminded me of flour-milk gravy. The crab and spinach dip also lacked crab. That is probably due to the over abundance of pimentos. The calamari was easily the worst I have ever tasted. Before it reached my mouth the fishy smell was overwhelming, a close match for the taste. The only thing more disappointing was how tough it was to chew. I personally did not care for the Kaboom shrimp. It lacked flavor and tasted more like warm tartar sauce. Our wait person was efficient in delivering items. He also asked how our food was. The only problem is he would turn and walk away before you could answer. I was very disappointed. I hope it was an off night. The friend who took us had liked his previous experiences there but agreed the food was not good tonight. We would also recommend some of the multiple staff hanging out at the hostess station help out around the dining room.

Great food & service. Unfortunately I bought a sweatshirt in the gift shop that was stickered as a medium and it wasn’t until I got home for vacation that I realized it had been stickered wrong and it was actually a large and way too big. Sadly a loss of $40 because it was a really cute sweatshirt. Be careful to triple check sizing if you shop in the gift shop

This restaurant is amazing!! Our server Kim was incredible- she was friendly, knowledgeable and just awesome! She made the dinner the best I’ve had in Marathon!!

Eating right on the water. I enjoyed the Christmas lights and decor! It was the best food of our week long trip. We went back again the next night.
Parking: I had fried shrimp one night and a chicken quesedilla the next night. Both were delicious!

Casual island atmosphere. Great selection. Fresh seafood. We watched the restaurant purchase fish from a charter boat while eating. Also, saw a manatee and nurse sharks off the dock.

Good food, big portions, decorated so cute for Christmas. Must try the salt scrub in bathroom. Makes your hands so soft
Breakfast home fries were awful. Almost a greasy potato soup. Omelet was ok. Dinner was ok. Fish was very thin fillet. Steaks were good. The server "House" was exceptional. The location is nice.
