I ordered my food online, and the KFC app told me my order was ready. When I came to the drive-thru window, I was told that I had to go inside to pick up my order. Biggest joke ever. Don't use the app to order because they will make it inconvenient for you, and they are super rude about it too. Awful experience!

I don’t know why they closing early, because in the normal schedule they have to close around 10 n they close at 8:30 still like an hour, is so disappointing n disrespectful about the time n they don’t update that
