The ribeye and ravioli is okay... very expensive for the quality. The steak was undercooked and very chewy The gentleman who was our waiter was very kind and welcoming. Great on the water ambiance Overall, might have better luck with seafood entrees.

Mahina was fantastic and the food was delicious. Garth was a great server and made our meal fun and enjoyable.

The atmosphere was very nice, service started out slow, my wife really enjoyed her meal however, I had the special of the day a broiled red snapper filet and it was extremely thin. I'd have to say that it was probably 1/4 of an inch thick. Probably the reason for it tasting on the dry side. I would recommend everyone to ask about the thickness of their fish before ordering.

We had an issue being seated indoor, after having booked an “indoor reservation”. We then continued to have an issue with the host and manager with then seating us inside with my wife's certified mobility service dog. We are local and have dined here before, with her service animal. We were looking forward to it. Very let down. Service wasn't as it had been in the past. Food took forever. Probably won't return unfortunately.

Seemed line we were am inconvenience for breakfast especially!!!!! Very slow service like they bring you one cup of coffee your food and never to be seen again. Food was decent for breakfast. Cesar salad id fantastic the rib eye dont bother, its horrible thing and fatty. Wish I could give a better review but not impressed at all with food and or the service and friendliness of staff!

Everything about Mahina is what you would hope it will be. The seating outside is the best view of the sunset you can imagine, and the servers were kind, fun, and attentive. The food was very good! Between the two of us, we experienced their seafood and their ribeye. Both meals were perfectly cooked. Their Butterscotch Lava cake was amazing for dessert. Everything is gorgeous and picture worthy. There were several groups having professional pictures done. Don't miss out! Plan a great evening at Mahina!

Location is beautiful but the food was bad and overpriced

Overpriced and over-rated. The Wagyu ravioli was tepid, bland and covered in a tomato sauce that seemed to have come straight from the can. It wasn't worth $15, let alone 50! The burger was better, but nothing special and massively overpriced at $35. The good wine list and pleasant outside location of the table did little to compensate for such poor quality food

Average food at a high price. We’ve eaten much better around the hotel.

We were a bit unsure about eating here at first - hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, and the reviews weren’t great - but we ended up having a wonderful experience.
The view is simply breathtaking and the whole experience of dining right on the beach feels truly magical. The staff were friendly, smiley, helpful, and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the two specials of the day - lobster and swordfish - and both were absolutely delicious, as were the cocktails.
A fantastic evening that far exceeded our expectations!

Can't beat the view from the patio/beach tables. Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

My husband and I ate at Mahina after our elopement in the Keys. The host, Monica, and her husband, House, were so kind and went out of their way to make our evening special, despite how busy the restaurant was. Our server, Angie, was so knowledgeable and friendly. She gave great recommendations and had great energy. Everyone at Mahina was great and helped make our evening one to remember!

Loved our first dinner at Mahina. Such a beautiful, romantic dining experience outdoors on the covered patio looking at the beach and enjoying the guitar player. Shrimp scampi, crab encrusted mahi, ravioli and spinach salad were delicious.

We were really looking forward to a nice dinner here but the food was so overpriced for the quality & the service was so bad. I got the crab cake crusted mahi mahi and the crab cake had decent flavor but everything else was blah. Almost no seasoning at all. For $58 i expected it to be really good seafood (for someone who loves seafood!). My husband got the wedge salad and instead of putting the dressing on the side to allow him to choose his portion, they put so much on it was basically a soup at the end.
Our waitress was nice , but was so inattentive. She basically just got our order and then we didn’t see her. The team that filled up our water & brought out our food we’re good but our main waitress never came out to check on us after our food came out or take away our bread basket and plates.
If it didn’t feel morally wrong or make me highly uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have left a tip at all.
