I never received my order, but the app said it was delivered. I called the restaurant, and they told me that the driver had my order and the app was never accurate. I waited 40 more minutes and the order still didn’t arrive. I called again, and this time they blamed it on my phone number not being updated. This person is a liar and a scammer. I have reversed the payment and will never patronize this restaurant again. Corporate needs to investigate this location because there are tons of recent reviews that are similar to mine.

They should definitely close this store. This is the third time in a row I've ordered from them. The first time they canceled my order without any explanation, the second time I went to pick it up and they also canceled my order. When I arrived, I waited for more than five minutes and no employee bothered to ask if I needed help, and in the end, they canceled the order again. This last time was the same; I arrived, nobody asked anything, and finally, when they did attend to me, my order, which was supposed to be ready about ten minutes ago, wasn't ready, and I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes. Close the store and save us, your customers, from these unpleasant experiences.

Ordered through uber eats, the restaurant accepted the order but the restaurant was actually closed despite it supposedly being open! Waste of an hour waiting for different delivery drivers and then going myself to pickup and the having to call support to obtain a refund! Would have given zero stars if possible!

Im not sure what happened to papa John's. We ordered pizza today spent $50 plus tip for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks . One of our pizzas wasn't cut at all. I called in and spoke to the manager Friday night 12/19/25 630 pm. She said she would send a fresh pizza out. I said great. So my kids and I ate the first pizza that was cut and waited. She then called me back and said that the pizza was cut. I said no it was not and offered to send her a picture . She said its ok I didn't need to send the picture and would send out a new cut pizza. 2 hrs later still nothing. I took picture for proof. We are just going to call uppercrust next time way better pizza at uppercrust and the have great customer service unlike papa John's. Im done with papa John's we will not be ordering papa johns again due to poor management and customer service Not to mention we dont want any disgruntled employees handling our food for obvious reasons.

Terrible the worst service and give me whatever I pay for. The crust of the papadia was hard not even close whatever is advertise on tv. I ask for an extrachees personal pizza and they gave me the bread but not even half an ounce of cheese for 10.00 dollars. I have pictures if someone wants to see it. I do feel like Papa John's is stealing my money.

We tried this location and they have updated everything inside. I really looks nice from when we last saw it. Looks like all new staff and they are awesome and very friendly. Our pizza came out great and so hands down I would try this location if you are in the area. They have seating outside as well. Only a couple of tables and some chairs but it was great seeing people eating and enjoying being outside. Great job to Ora and her crew.
