Tried Pop’s Smoke Shed for the first time today as they were posted up next to the Bronson barbershop and lord we did not expect what we received! Usually with food trucks you get mediocre small Togo boxes of food. The food was absolutely amazing — every bite was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted so good that I’d definitely go back again. Highly recommend if you’re craving delicious barbecue!
After 4 days of eating fish & lobster, I was ready for a change and wanted some BBQ. My friend (Matt) recommended Pops and I’m glad he did. I called them, spoke with Patrick and made a phone order which included a sampler plate and brisket sandwich combo. If you love BBQ, you gotta try the sampler. It’s well worth the price as you get everything and plenty of it. The pork ribs, brisket, pulled pork and huge chicken breast were cooked perfect and had that woodsy taste....
