S.S. Wreck & Galley Grill

Absolutely the best restaurant in the area and to die for key lime pie 🥧 Our waitress Stacy was 5 stars! Drinks are amazing, food off the charts and prices are great.

someone referred me to your key lime pie so I stopped in yesterday on the 25th coming back from Key West and got a slice of your pie to go it was so amazing I came in today to see Kimberly at the Bar and purchased a whole pie y'all that is by far the best key lime pie I have ever had and we tried three different places while we were here the homemade whipped cream is so light, yumm!! can't wait to come back to get more and actually have lunch with y'all everybody go see Kimberly at the bar she is fun people. do not pass on getting the keylime pie even if you have to get it to go you will not be disappointed!!

We went to eat at the S.S. Wreck as we had the most fresh, delicious salads there almost 3 weeks ago. We visit yearly from NC. Unfortunately we were greeted this evening by one of the most unhappy waitresses we have encountered while in the KEYS. She was rude & was more interested in going home than helping us. We watched her make 2 groups move from tables as she wanted that area closed. My husband's chef salad had very little Turkey , no ham & lots of cheese. He didn't complain as she was so abrasive he hated to think what might happen. When we asked for a refill of sweet tea, she told us they were out & I asked could they not make more, we were informed they were closing in 10 mins at 8:20pm on a Saturday night. At 8:40pm they sat another party of 10!! Needless to say we are scratching this off our yearly rotation. Too bad... she really should find a job she likes !! We sat at table 15 if the management is interested.

Food was phenomenal! And the home made key lime pie is a MUST! Best I’ve ever had!

Good place to eat, I have eaten crocodile meat, frog legs and churrasco, the crocodile meat being battered could not be appreciated much. Its flavor I would have liked there to be more options, the meat was delicious

The place was packed when I called and the host said come right now and I'll give you the one table that is opening up. We were there in 3 mins and sat immediately. Food and service were fantastic. We'll be back!

4.9 Stars, WOW... just about as good as it gets.... Service was excellent, spot on. Food was accurate and cooked right. Flavors were just about perfect, only complaint would be the fish dip was salty, that's it everything was great. Appetizers were awsome, Main dishes were perfect, great flavors, all cooked perfectly, fast service with accuracy. Would definitely recommend this place for some good food. Prices were better than other local restaurants.

Food was decent but service was misleading if that makes sense. Upcharges were not explained and authorization was not requested. Food was over priced and mandatory tip was too high! They also charged $15 corking fee to drink our own wine! As if they weren’t making enough on the food and one over priced cocktail.
It’s called wreck and is definitely a dive which is fine but no one expects to pay exorbitant prices and be gouged with upcharges in a dive!
