OMG Starbies the Florida Keys is so tropical and adorable!! Yes, the prices are much higher than a mainland Starbies, but we are in paradise! The team is friendly and fast. The café is clean and so cute.

After arriving 9 minutes before closing the barista inside left her customer, ran to the door to lock it while we were walking up to the door. I also tried calling the store before leaving, they would not answer the phone. So much for having a closing time of 7:00 p.m. on a Monday, it’s actually 6:50 p.m.

Ridiculous pricing! They charge $2.00 more than the mainland for a hot tea and refuse to refill it with hot water for you when you order to stay in their mug. Trust me, I live here so I know it's more expensive, but $3.75 to $5.75 for a SMALL hot tea and then refuse to refill it with hot water is bad business; this is not standard Starbucks business. I will never come here again and do NOT recommend it, at all. I only came here because I had money left on my Starbucks card, will not be back. I recommend supporting our local coffee shops that actually care, like MR. BEANS BOOKS AND BEANS! Excellent service and Mr. Beans is adorable!

I waited 10 minutes in front of the register until someone came to take my order . They were there laughing around and basically ignoring me and the 6 other people that was in line . And the coffee turned out disgusting, not sure how they did it but it’s my usual order that I get all the time and this one just tasted burned and bitter .

Not my favorite Starbucks! I am glad that they do have one in Marathon and it looks great but the service was slow and needs more training. The first day I went there was ok, the girl was friendly and the drinks were good but the second day it was not the best experience. I will go back because it is the only Starbucks on the island but I sure hope it gets better before next visit. The one on Islamorada is amazing compared to this one! Note: Drinks are expensive but they are sitting on really expensive real estate.
$13 tip? Don't stop at this Starbucks? It's ridiculous! Don't stop at this place. Now I understand why it's worth two stars! The employees practically force you to make that decision! Get rid of that! Let it be the customer's decision! Put in new machines! Don't stop here!

Refused service before closure. Doors locked before 7. Been to this location multiple times, service has always been terrible. Not to mention this must be a franchised location because the prices are outrageous, unfortunate since there’s only a few on the keys and closest location before key west

Ordered 2 cold brews and service here was great. The baristas were welcoming and this location is very busy throughout the day. One thing to mention is the pricing here is pretty steep, with 2 venti cold brews (black) costing just over $16. There is also no drive-thru option at this location.
