No prude here but ... We live in the Keys and will never go back to this place. We brought our friends from Az there and the rap music was blaring so loud from the pool DJ we couldn't even hear each other in the patio above. It was in no way the expected low key island vibe that we frequently experience throughout the Keys. It was more like a Miami Beach pool party, watching a 12 year old twirking after watching all the adult women doing it, isn't typically what we expect to see in the Keys.

The view and service were good, however the food we had was terrible. The recent previous reviews are all positive including on the food but based on what we saw and had, I don’t see how this is possible.

Food is incredible. Service…….and it took me a while because I hate leaving bad reviews, the service was not good. I get everyone is shorthanded, but we heard so many rude comments from servers and the customers only wanted to know how long it would take to be greeted at their tables, get refills, etc. The younger kids that were working need things to do, like refills and asking if people need anything. That would free up your servers to take better care of their tables. I’m a big tipper, usually 20-30% or more because I’ve done that job and it’s tough. But, being nice is free and you won’t make tips when you’re rude and can’t make eye contact with people. Get the service right here and it’s easily one of the best meals in the Keys.

Top notch restaurant/bar with excellent food and terrific view of 7 mile bridge. Good service with ample indoor/outdoor seating, and bring your swim trunks if you want to refresh yourself in their pool. Fun ambience.Establishment can get very busy so be prepared. Our breakfast was served fast and was very tasty. Consider this a "Must Stop" if travelling through The Keys.

It took 30 mins to get us situated then took another 20 to take our orders. The server did not write down our order and came back and asked us 3 times then when the food came he messed it up and said “i repeated it” so therefore we didn’t get what we ate and were not offered a discount price

When we arrived at the front door, the old skinny gray haired lady along with the young hostess were completely rude. Food arrived, salad was wilted and appeared old. Steak was raw. No silverware, had to track someone down to get it ourselves. One lady told us to just wait while our food gets cold. Walked out to the bar area, all I see is rules, rules, rules. Loved the building itself, but other than that, I cannot recommend it nor will I be back.

Went in and ate at the upstairs bar, after eating we went down to drink by the pool. We sat at one of the tables and eventually had a server come up and say if we weren't going to eat he was gonna kick us off the table when more people showed up. We told him we were gonna be drinking and that we ate upstairs, the pool area was empty except for one table with 3 people at it. The guy basically said it was his biggest table and we were going to have to move when people showed up, it was two tables pushed together so that didn't make much sense. He then proceeded to sit up top and stare at us from the upper deck instead of serving us, the other table had plenty of drinks brought to them but because our server was upset he never came back down to the pool area. Eventually the manager came to talk to us and basically said he was wrong for not serving us. Her name was Cara and aside from saying her server was wrong she didn't do anything to rectify the situation and the server still did not come down to take our orders. As we were leaving he proceeded to make a slick comment to us and then kept walking. If I were you I would go somewhere else, you can find similar quality/priced food other places with better service.

Came and ate a late lunch then walked down by the pool for a couple of drinks. The server who came to our table after learning we had already ate at the upper bar refused to take our orders and mouthed off to us for sitting in his section. We stayed anyway having to walk back and forth to the bar to place our own orders. Told the floor manager about the issue and refusal of service by the server with little resolution. Khara the manager did apologize but offered nothing else. She obviously did say something to the server as he mouthed off to us on the way out the door. I believe this may be racially motivated because we were a multi heritage table. Contemplating legal action! If you are not caucasian as was our server you may want to go somewhere else!
