We found out about this place from a neighbor where we are staying for the week. What a gem!
My wife and I were stunned at the view. We were greeted immediately, we were the first ones there, they had opened a little early that day because the weather was cloudy and windy. Didn’t bother us a bit, it was 12 degrees at home. We were seated at a table of our choice, within seconds our server came over, took our drink order and came back right away for our food order. A few minutes later a musician came rolling in with his equipment. We were sitting at the table right in front of him. He even welcomed us, talked about weather, joked around, and made us feel welcomed. First part of our order arrived at our table and they asked if we needed anything else, that was the fourth person we had a positive interaction with. Our server had been over several times to check on us. About this time another person delivered the rest of our order and was apologizing. I asked him why he was apologizing, he said I didn’t see your order right away and your food was late getting to you. I told him he couldn’t have timed it better and that we had just finished the first part of our order. No need to apologize it was perfect timing.
Billy Davidson, the entertainer for the evening started playing the song (Sailing by Christopher Cross) what a beautiful tune. At that time we are eating delicious food and look out to the beautiful view, and two sailboats are crossing each other in opposite directions. Wow! Because we were looking Billy looked that way also and said” I planned that” we were laughing pretty hard about that one.
I’m leaving this long winded review because I retired last year from a business that was all about the customer. We demanded excellent customer service. It is so hard to get a five star rating when someone enjoyed everything about their experience with the business but they leave you a four star rating. Have an issue or don’t understand something but never talk you about it. I could have left a four star about the weather or the seaweed on the shore( because it’s been blowing for three days) It’s not your fault !!
I just want to tell you we were impressed by everyone and everything at your establishment.
It is very obvious that you all care and are striving to improve every day. It was very busy and I saw the same customer service at every table. Thank you for the fantastic experience, view, food, drinks, entertainment, and crew.

New Year's eve dinner. Amazing. First time here. got the tomahawk steak. One of the best steaks I've ever had. No additional seasoning needed. We also got a couple sushi rolls, tuna tartar and pork belly. All of it was good. For dessert, the fruit salad was amazing. Noah was a great attentive waiter.
Left because of the bad service

Stopped in last night as we had a good experience 2 1/2 weeks ago. Well this couldn’t have been more different. The palm deck was closed so we decided to get a drink at The Rhum House. Bar was not busy at all. Manager came over after several minutes of us waiting. He took our drink order, then went to the other side of the restaurant to put it into the computer even though the bartender was just standing there with nothing to do. Over five minutes for him to put in for non-complicated drinks. Then took another 10 minutes for the bartender to make the drinks. We thought it was the most bizarre situation. On top of it, my Cosmo was made with Grand Marnier, which was absolutely undrinkable. Each drink cost $18 which after looking at the menu, we could not understand why two vodka sodas, and two cosmos cost that much since no beverage on the menu was more than $16. None of it made any sense. Just a very strange vibe in there. Would not go back again because of the long wait and the attitude of the manager.
Megan was amazing. Truly a cocktail at a drink price.
Shoutout to Alyssa in the reception area!

Truly fine dining with exceptional views. Great drinks at the rooftop bar.
It felt like sitting on an exclusive deck of a spectacular cruise ship. There are both comfy seating areas, very classy wood and cushioned chairs and couches, with umbrellas... as well as table and chairs for more practical dining. We went there for breakfast as part of our stay at Grassy Flats resort. The food is excellent, just like Rhum House, same cooks, same chefs. It can get very overwhelmed with people in the morning, which is why I didn't give it a 5 for service. It isn't like they didn't try, but while we were there, they got a rush for breakfast and it took a while. The days we were able to order breakfast from the Rhum House, due to higher winds the service was excellent! The pictures come from our breakfast at Rhum House, but the menu is the same. The two most spectacular dishes for breakfast were a fruit tray that was so gorgeous to behold, and the yogurt bowl that was sprinkled with chocolate and honey. Avocado toast was excellent, so I heard (I'm gluten sensitive so I didn't get to try it). Coffee was good, and endless. Mai Tais were also available that day, as our favorite bartender was on duty and it wasn't too busy. It was well worth the deviation from our normal breakfast. On the day we had breakfast on the Palm Deck, it was too busy to ask for a Mai Tai, and the bartender on duty didn't know how to make them the same way. Food was a little slow, but they were slammed with one server on. The food quality was excellent.
Vegetarian options: The fruit salad is to die for, as is the avocado toast see pictures. I believe there were also cereals (I can't eat them so I don't' know).
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten sensitive and there were many options for me. Vegan and vegetarian needs can also be met.
Kid-friendliness: We had our 2 year old nephew and he had a great time. They provided a smaller bowl of yogurt on request. We were able to walk the deck while waiting for our food. There is a lot to distract a little one with the views and the trees and birds nearby. They had high chairs easily accessible too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot (though gravel) to huge elevator, to front door.
