Big Daddy's Pizza & Subs | Margate Pizza Delivery and Take-Out

I ordered the Chicken Philly to go. The bread was tasteless and mushy, not toasted at all. I had to add cheese to my Chicken Philly CHEESEsteak when I got home, because there was hardly any on it. I will say, the chicken was good, could use a little more seasoning, but it wasn't salty like most places are. Maybe it's better whe ordered in-house although cheese doesn't disappear just because it's takeout so I doubt it. Bummer because I was looking for a new spot.

Pizza is amazing. Thin, crispy and with great, flavorful ingredients.
The wings are on the smaller side, but still really good. The crew working on 9/1/25 should get a big raise.

The girl in the front needs to be placed in the back and RE - TRAINED‼️‼️‼️ she so rude and angry they messed up my whole order and served cold food instead of just apologizing she decided to go back and forth and when told to just give me a refund I will just take my service elsewhere she then Proceeds to say go through slice. And I still don’t receive the refund this place is trash and Unsanitary especially the lady at the front with curls and glasses horrible service. I paid for service did I not?

The pasta Alfredo had NO FLAVOR what so ever. it tasted like creamy water. Also got the two slice combo and the pizza was very plastic like. tasted old. Never going here again. 0 stars if possible.

I have been a loyal customer to this place for years, and lately I have been extremely disappointed with the service and the food. Today I ordered a calzone and they completely got the order wrong. In the past i have paid for toppings that i never received from this place and today is the last day. I will no longer lose money everytime I want to eat.

I've never had an issue with them until last week, I placed an order for delivery & in that order I was SUPPOSED to be given 15 chicken wings & I was shorted. I called the next day & asked to speak to a manager. I was asked what's the reason, I stated the reason & was placed on hold & then shortly after I was hung up on. I remembered today & called. I asked to speak to a manager & again was asked the reason. Long story short the manager said her hands are tied & that there's nothing she could do since she's just knowing about it. I don't understand how it's my fault when I was hung up on or even when the fact of the matter is my order never should've left the restaurant like that. I work hard for my money so if I pay for something that's what I should be given. Never going there again!
