I have been a loyal customer to this place for years, and lately I have been extremely disappointed with the service and the food. Today I ordered a calzone and they completely got the order wrong. In the past i have paid for toppings that i never received from this place and today is the last day. I will no longer lose money everytime I want to eat.
I've never had an issue with them until last week, I placed an order for delivery & in that order I was SUPPOSED to be given 15 chicken wings & I was shorted. I called the next day & asked to speak to a manager. I was asked what's the reason, I stated the reason & was placed on hold & then shortly after I was hung up on. I remembered today & called. I asked to speak to a manager & again was asked the reason. Long story short the manager said her hands are tied & that there's nothing she could do since she's just knowing about it. I don't understand how it's my fault when I was hung up on or even when the fact of the matter is my order never should've left the restaurant like that. I work hard for my money so if I pay for something that's what I should be given. Never going there again!

Disgusting! Pizza must have been cooked the day before. We ordered wings with blue cheese and they sent us warm mayonnaise with blue cheese crumbles. The wings were over cooked and under salted. Absolutely no flavor. My kids will eat some pretty low quality pizza but even they were unimpressed.

The pizza was terrible being it was first time I was expecting more but no I’m so disappointed and out of 60$ bucks !! Not worth it. I’m so upset I really wanted a good pie today!!

THE BEST! We have a catered lunch for over 100 of our employees every month and we had Neil and the team at Big Daddy's put together an amazing feast. The team love it. My husband picks up pizza from Big Daddy's quite frequently. Staff is friendly and pizza is really good.
Parking: Plaza is pretty small but parking seems to always be availalble.
